I tried to order through the app and was unable to. Called to store to place my order and was told “see you when you get here”. I asked “well how long will it be?” They just slammed the phone down. I came in to pick up my order. None of it was “fresh” besides the cheese bread I saw them pull from the oven and box up to bring to me. But before I was actually served a “walk in” came in and ordered hot and ready stuff and they were nice to her. Acknowledged her. I was more of an “inconvenience”. They gave us our order… they were irritated I asked for zap pack and red pepper flakes. And just tossed my order on the counter. Not even a “thank you” or “have a good evening”. I’m done ordering from them

Food is good as always. Workers could be more professional. It’s not as fast as it’s supposed to be – I had to wait 15mins but the food was fresh. Expect to get what you pay for. It works great for last minute get-togethers.

Ordered the daily special pizza on line, 2item round pizza for $5.99. Got all the way through the order process only to be told my security code on my card was incorrect-which it was not. Called and tried to place the order for pickup but was told I couldn’t get the same special if I didn’t order on line. VERY FRUSTRATING exchange!!! I won’t be ordering from little Caesar’s anytime soon

Horrible customer service every time I’m picking up my pizza. I don’t know names but the male that is at the counter between lunch and dinner should not be a customer service representative. He makes the whole experience depressing. Hot and readys are almost always cold and if you ask for a fresh one he gets mad, which is fine but you don’t show the customer that. VERY annoying and childish. The same employee has also tossed sauce cups on the counter with an attitude. Seem to need better management or maybe more employee incentives or pay. Probably one of the worst little chasers. Sadly I live rural and it the closest one.

Always have had luck with getting great reasonable pizza. One of the employees Amanda is always so sweet and always does try to please her customers. The stuffed crust is really stuffed with a lot of cheese. If you need a quick, reasonable dinner for just about anyone. This is your place.

$5 hot and ready. READY!! Been there two different times and both time no hot and readys. No cheaper for not having them ready either. Not to mention the teenage workers that are like you snooze you lose. Forget it. My kids don’t need your cardboard with cheese 2 pieces of pepperoni $5 hot and never ready imitation pizza
