2 separate times this place has messed up our order.
1st order they sent a completely wrong pizza. Sent an all meat when we order beef and mushroom. BTW we dont eat pork

Missing items that I paid for (sauce cups that are $0.99/piece and the seasoning packets. I’m not a fan of pizza without these small, but important items. I got 3 one topping pizzas- normal crust, 4 sauces, 2 seasonings… and it was over $50 for delivery. I expect to get what I paid for when 3 pizzas are $50.

One of my preferred pizza establishments for a quick meal, they offer delicious made-to-order pizzas, and I am particularly fond of their breadsticks. The food is reasonably priced, and the staff is always helpful in informing customers about deals and coupons for discounted pizzas. The team is consistently friendly, and I have no complaints.

Obviously, the pizza tastes good, but we asked for well done and had to throw the pizza in the oven when it got here, and the boneless garlic parmesan wings, don’t even have to talk about those it was just bad.. it had to have been one of the first orders on a Sunday so we were a little disappointed, thought it would be better that early.

Store is pick up only. No tables. I ordered some Parmesean Crusted Poppadias that I saw on TV. They were hot and fresh. Taste was just OK. The staff was very friendly and food was done fast. Store was clean.

Ordered an “epic pepperoni pizza” that came with literally one piece of pepperoni as well as undercooked. Called to see if they would fix the issue and “manager” misty told me that I had to contact the online website which I did but have gotten no response. Horrible management and customer service. Will never be ordering from them again. So many other pizza places with much better customer service than Papa John’s and you won’t pay $20 for a cheese pizza with nothing on it.
