Warning: Do not use the drive through line. Pulled into drive through at around 6:35. Currently 7:09 and still do not have our order. Unfortunately the way the drive through lane is constructed you are trapped once there are cars in front and behind. 34 min (and counting) to make a few snow cones is wild…
Update: departed 42 minutes later at 7:17. Our 2 snow cones were halfway melted. No acknowledgement from employees of absurd wait time. I understand every business has some “off” days but this is not that.

Just left the establishment out of pure irritation of the blonde gal taking orders. I ordered a small bomb pop. Firstly it took a while for them to make it. It seemed a few of the staff members were friends with a large crowd and were preoccupied chatting it up with a couple tables (so much I overheard their conversations about what managers were saying on some app and how so and so wasn’t even trained, etc.). When my order was up one of the older guys with dark hair told the blonde gal that she should just put a different pop on it. I could hear it from the table I was seated at. When I went to pick it up sure enough there was a watermelon pop. Not what I asked for. So I asked the blonde gal if she could get the bomb pop I had ordered. She automatically said “no, that’s what you get.” And then stated “we’ve run out of a lot of things and this is what you get.” However all the orders before me got their bomb pop. Instead of her reconciling she was dismissive and snarky. Rude, at best. I told my husband we should just go and I barely even touched it. I was so highly irritated.

My wife and I go to Bahama Buck’s quite often in Louisville and learned that not all Bahama Buck’s are equal. Number one our order was completely wrong and we were overcharged so that was upsetting but then when we got the snow cones my sour patch kids there so much sauce, overflowing the cup they had to add another cup. Both of our snow cones had hardly any flavor you can see all the white unflavored ice and we couldn’t eat half of it because it was just a solid chunk of ice! pretty upset after spending 15 bucks on snow cones definitely will not be back to this location 🙁

Asked for a thin ice white coconut this past week. Tasted like soapy water. Thought it was strange because I am a bahama bucks regular. Then I came in the NEXT DAY. And ordered the exact same order. Again tasted like soapy water. If you go inside it also smells like atrocious sewage. DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION

I ordered two snowcones inside the store. There were four employees “working”, actually one was eating a snowcone behind the counter, next to the one girl who was actually trying to work. 15 minutes after ordering we finally had our items. Terrible customer service. I’ll drive to other locations next time.
