I ordered a Mediterranean veggie sandwich, which is supposed to have artichoke and FRESH Mozzarella. They told me about being out of artichoke, which i was okay with replacing with grilled mushroom. Then I get my sandwich and these people put shredded mozzarella from a bag instead of fresh sliced mozzarella! I pointed this out and they said “oh we are out of that too.” Mind you this is a $10.50 Sandwich! Never going back. Over priced and shady business! Had they just told me they were out of that too I could have just changed my order, but I was almost out of time on my lunch break.

Spent $8 on a sandwich online. I asked for a cup of ice when I got to the restaurant and it’s $0.50. I have no cash and offer to pay with my card. The young lady states I cannot use my card. I understand it’s a small amount so how about just offer the ice as a courtesy. I spend money at this establishment frequently. No more! This was a huge turn off, never going back.

We were staying at Courtyard Marriot across the street and found this gem for a quick breakfast. The kids had pancakes and my wife and I had the breakfast sandwiches. They were on point – everything was delicious and made to order. Understand that this location is in an office building you have to enter the front of the building. Then it’s down a hallway on the first floor, the guard will show you where if needed.

This one is really, really hidden away inside an arbitrary office building in a business park near New Carrollton Metro. Clearly relies mostly on lunch business from the surrounding office crowd, but as far as these types of concessions go, it’s not a bad one. Pleasant cafe setting with what you would expect from this kinda place: coffee, hot and cold sandwiches, some fried stuff, a small salad bar, etc. The steak & cheese wasn’t bad – not greasy at all – and the fries were done just right. Fast and friendly service too. Plenty of place to sit. So if you’re out there in the vicinity and need a quick and tasty lunch, this place is an oasis in the proverbial desert.

5 stars because the options for office lunch are very limited in this area, but this is honestly a solid office canteen situation. Good food and solid seating for a place like this, and I got a small discount when they noticed my lanyard for one of the local major employers.

I love self-serve places, and everything I had here was pretty good. Chicken wings, general Tsao chicken, meatloaf, chicken pepper stir fry, watermelon, even the veggies were crunchy and just the right amount of tasty. The cook clearly knows what they’re doing. Great option for a healthy, homey, balanced lunch.

Overpriced for some options, but good food anyways. Delicious food! Phenomenal breakfast and lunch!! Customer service is also great. The cashier is also friendly and approachable. It’s a great place to eat or grab food when you’re hungry and need to eat before your next meeting. There is no wait time, and you can get your food quickly. That’s GREAT! And yes, I will be back for more food, even on my days off. The food is that good. Fresh. Well-prepared.

The atmosphere of the café is cozy, welcoming with decent coffee, and a promising menu. The guy at the front making sandwiches is always friendly, delivering 100 customer service. However, any enjoyment is quickly overshadowed by the conduct of the owner, who is both unprofessional and inappropriate. It’s disconcerting to watch him openly drool over a Caucasian customer. It creates an uncomfortable environment, especially for women,
To make matters worse, his treatment of employees is appalling. He frequently yells at staff in front of customers, creating a tense environment. It’s no surprise that the staff turnover seems high — I rarely see the same employees for a period of time.
Until the management changes or takes serious steps toward professional behavior, I can’t recommend this café.

Buffet is very good, with a very nice selection of hot and cold choices. Make your own salad.
The sandwich counter has a wide variety of options, with the Reuben and cheesesteak two of my favorites. Fried chicken with fries is excellent also.

The food is terrific, the staff is welcoming, the prices are reasonable, and the place is immaculate. It is well worth checking out this cafe. I have been having an occasional lunch here for over twenty years, and the grill cook takes extra care of the customers.
