Nancy’s stuffed pizza is consistently good. Tasty sauce, crip crust never over done. Lots of cheese, great cheese pull. Sausage has plenty of flavor. Staff is friendly and the pizza is always on time. Nancy’s stuffed pizza beats the other well known deep dish pizzas.

Friendly staff but the pizza & the garlic bread is not the best. We were hoping for the old Nancy’s great pizza!!! This pizza crust is thin & the edges are thinner/flatter. The side doesn’t taste the same either. The garlic bread used to be two nice big pieces of bread now they’re cut into pieces with parsley & parm on them, not my liking. Very disappointed!!! I hate looking around for good pizza

I wanted to try this place based on a few recommendations, including one from my 1 year old son. Unfortunately, the experience fell short.
The lady on the phone didn’t seem very enthusiastic … just kind of blah.
I picked up the order and didn’t check the pizza before leaving, which is on me.
However, the pizza toppings were incorrect. The wings were prepared well and piping hot, so no complaints there.
My sons are picky eaters and were disappointed, which led me to order Domino’s afterward.
Nancy’s, if you’re reading this, I’m not sure how situations like this are handled, but feel free to reach out if you’d like.

We got the A LOT OF MEAT pizza was delicious. Load waffle fries were . Italian bread sticks were excellent. Definitely make NANCY’S a place to visit often.

We like Nancy’s Pizza, although it seems as though the quality of the cheese has been downgraded over the past few years. What really disappoints is Nancy’s chicken strips. We’ve had several instances where they barely give you full sized pieces. Over our last order, I politely asked that they check the order before delivery. The young lady taking my order said that they go by weight and not the number of pieces. The order still showed up as though they were deep fried multiple times – greasy, shrunken and brittle. They were terrible. Please see the attached picture.

I’ve been a customer for quite a while and have never been disappointed; however imagine bragging on how great the pizza is to my guest, only to receive a burnt pizza! I was so disappointed and embarrassed. The pizza should never been served to anyone. I will step away.

Delivery was backed up due to staff calling off. Customer service was outstanding in rectifying the unfortunate delay. Pizza was still delivered hot and delicious!

Yummy super thin crust, fresh toppings. We ordered a veggie with added pepperoni. It was quick and delicious. They don’t have seating but they did have one small table that we could sit at to eat our pizza. The cashier was very friendly and helpful.
It’s close to IH 80. We’re in from out of town and it hit the spot.

Ordered a pizza for delivery yesterday. Now I remember why I usually order from Nancy’s in New Lenox. The pizza was over cooked, dry, and pretty much horrible. It angers me when you pay for something and it sucks.
