I ordered and paid $2 extra for sliced avocado on my turkey sandwich and got smashed guacamole. I ordered Italian herbs and cheese bread and got white. On my bmt, I ordered Italian herbs bread and got white, and had guacamole added when it wasn’t ordered. $12 for the bmt and $2 for the avocado should be refunded.

On site manager accused me of refilling drink 5 times, only refilled 2 times. Very rude and loudly vocal as well as overcharging me 49 cents at time of purchase. I have been a frequent customer; never again. I filed a complaint with corporate. A customer there at same time told me he would not repeat dining there. Manager loudly told me and the 3 other customers there he did not care if I or anybody returned.
