If I could give you all a freaking -0 I would do not order from this place. They do not take pride in making online orders. Plus trying to call them is a no go, the phone will never ever get picked up. Look at this mess. Really subway. Either nothing was on the sandwich I ordered or it wasn’t cooked. This was totally unacceptable. Never again and I hope who ever is reading this will take this into consideration when ordering from this place.

Today we have the worst experience at the subway. We were purchasing subs with our coupons. Once we looked at the receipt we asked the cashier if she can look over it because we think she won’t get up wrong. She insisted that she didn’t we told her she needed to call the manager if she got on the phone with the manager. And she still was not able to get it right. Another man employee walks in and goes to the back, he hears that we are going back and forth with the cashier and he comes from the back and starts to scream and yell at us saying that this is his mother and we will not talk to her this way. The cashier (Mom) told him to go back to the back. He came from around the back yelling like he was going to do something to us. We could run the cameras back if needed and we were ready to call the police as well. She could never figure out, how to give us our correct change back. She proceeded to say we needed to come back in the morning to talk to the manager, we said no call your manager now. We were going back and forth for over an hour and a half. She told us to give her the sandwiches back and they gave us a refund and we left. By far the worst customer service by Subway.. we will also be contacting corporate as well.

They didn’t cut the bread in half well, it barely looked like a sandwich. I also ordered a rotisserie chicken sandwich and I got roast beef..? I’m sorry, if I’m about to drop $31 for two meals they should be right. It’s ridiculous.

I ate my sandwich already but this review is about customer service and menu items. The staff here are friendly and really care about customer service. I appreciated the smiles and care that went into making my sandwich. I am really really excited to know that this location also has sausage. Most locations in AR, MS, TX and LA stopped serving sausage for the pizzas and this resulted in me not really ordering them anymore. I’m happy to know I can start back ordering them again.

Google says this establishment closes at 10 at 8:30pm the doors are locked down like Fort Knox. I assume this subway closes not by a scheduled time but when ever that are ready to be done and go home. They even have their open sign ON but are actually anything but open…. Tried this location again on November 1st 2024…. No. Just. No. Any other location but this one trust me!!!!!! Service, food, all of it…. It’s not worth walking inside and getting anything from here if they were serving it for FREE!!!! Don’t walk away but run!

I entered the subway and the girl with long braids in a ponytail was mopping the floor so I asked her was you all closed. She responded nasty to me and said how we close and you walking in here. I said because you were mopping the floor and so she said Soooo. She was also standing there talking with a girl and laughing afterwards so I walked out. This is not the way a customer should be treated or talked to. I was not greeted and I felt not welcome. I will never go there again.

Tonight I order on the app, and the app said my order was ready. I get to the store and the female behind the register was so rude, said my order just came through, all while rolling her neck. I had my family sitting out in the car so I stayed inside and ask the female why all the attitude, I’m just trying to get food. I came here to say customer service has really gotten to the point where people don’t even want to go to a business because the workers mistreat people so bad. This is very unacceptable for paying customers when all we do is order via the app. I haven’t even got home to see what she through together because I couldn’t even walk out the door before she turned the lights out to close.

I went to pick up my order, and the store stated that another man came into the store stating “Picking up for Natalya.” I did not order for delivery, and I showed the individuals that I asked for PICK UP not delivery. The store manager was rude and refused to remake the order. If you order for pick up, get ready to request corporate for a refund because the store lets anyone pick up your order.
