called beforehand to see if they were open due to the snow, they were. they never mentioned the inside was closed. i walked there because i am close enough to do so, door locked. i called and they said i have to walk through drive thru, no problem. i walked through the drive thru were i proceeded to wait 10 mins for the people in front of me to get their food, still no problem. then i hear the people ordering yet another meal, in front of me at the window- NOT at the speaker where you’re supposed to. i mobile ordered my food, said it was the time it already would be ready at. they let them order their and not pull around so i could get my food still. my food sat right behind them while they made the people in front of me a second meal. i waited another 10 mins, 20mins after my food was already ready. of course the food was cold when i got it, service was absolutely shit and workers are rude and don’t care. i see why everyone is saying this needs to be shut down.

Ordered extra fries instead of cole slaw. Manager argued and told us that this was considered extra and there wasn’t a need to fix it. First time going back in years because it has always been terrible. Decided to give it another try and it’s even worse!

Exceptional service at the drive-thru! Despite my wife listing off a detailed order from the passenger seat—blue cheese crumbles, etc, the works—the team member on the mic didn’t miss a beat. She repeated everything back with perfect accuracy and handled it all with a kind, patient attitude. It’s rare to see that level of attention and professionalism. Much appreciated!

Very unbusy time for dinner, which is good. But as soon as I walked , I observed all the dang fans running. It was 28° tonight. It felt like walking into a refrigerator. At one point I observed the male manager come out into the dinning area and sit down. At this time I was standing up on a chair to turn the fan down because it was running at speed. It also felt as if they had the air conditioning on!! The front cashier was very nice respectful when I ordered and obtained my food, but this maybe the last time I return to this restaurant. I’ll drive to Slim Chickens about 15 minutes away the next time!!!!

If you’re going to advertise an item literally all over your store (the tacos) and have an employee tell me with a rude attitude they don’t serve them anymore and just blankly stare at me. Dude she was rude. Food was fresh though.

Went thru the drive thru on their first day back- food was fresh, service was FAST, courteous and friendly! 5 stars! They still do free kids meals with adult meal purchase- dine in only- for those looking for the good deal. Enjoyed it- thank you!

First off… this location needs to be shut down. Went to use an offer for a free sandwich and the rude drive thru worker snapped and said they didn’t accept the coupon after 2pm… which was no where on the app or posted. She was nasty and rude and this isn’t the first bad experience I’ve had there. Honestly with all the bad publicity they have going on they should be shut down anyway …

Food was fine. The new spicy chicken sandwich barely had any of the spicy sauce on it, but was good other than that.
Service wasn’t great. We ordered on the app, got in the drive thru which had someone standing taking orders at the beginning. That person told us to stay in the line, the drive thru was very slow and when we got to the window they made us pull back around to curbside pickup (very unfriendly and dismissive). Overall a little more than 20 minutes to pick up an order for two people that we placed ahead in the app.
We order through the app and drive thru to pick it up at the Maumelle location all the time and it’s a much better experience than it was here.

Service was good and friendly but food was horrible. Placed a mobile order through the app. The cheddar bites were old, absolutely no seasoning on the fries. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and paid for cheese but didn’t receive it on my sandwich and the lettuce looked very old and not edible.
