This store is my absolute favorite on the Central Coast! The drinks are always on point especially when Lilly makes them. Between her drinks and Alicia’s drinks I have never had better! Alicia is such an amazing person not to mention Manager she should really be salaried if she’s not at present. Her talents in making the crew all a finely working machine shine through at every visit. She’s a natural leader and it’s great that Dutch Bros employs people like her and her entire crew. Always the best experience even if I’m in a rush. I highly recommend the Nipomo Dutch Bros because it’s hands down the best

I’m a semi-regular there, and I have to say, their customer service is some of the best I’ve seen in a long time. They consistently serve up tasty drinks, and every single employee is friendly and delightful – I’m not just saying that because some of them call me queen! Stop by for a delicious drink and enjoy the excellent service. A special shout-out to Lily, Alicia, Helayna, and Eldric. Please give them all raises and bonuses — they definitely deserve it!

I absolutely LOVE going to Dutch Bro’s in Nipomo. It is the only location that I will go to. The staff is always so friendly & welcoming. As a regular customer, They never fail to amaze me. The managers & staff are amazing especially Alicia !!! Even when they’re busy & have lines they get you out pretty quickly. I LOVEEE their coffee & I can’t imagine where I’d get it anywhere else <3

I wish I could leave more than five stars. The staff are amazing and so friendly. I think my mom and I show up too much because almost all the staff recognize the 2 vehicles we show up in and already know our order. Aside from that, they’re so personable. Five stars for Alicia at Dutch bros! She always greets me with a smile and remembers my usual order.
