i don’t even know where to start this…i have absolutely nothing negative to say about this bakery. i’ve never had one bad experience here. i am allergic to dairy, wheat, soy, gluten, & eggs. my mom and i have been going here since 2021. they have been sooo good with me and are so so careful about my allergies. they have made my birthday cakes for the past few years. i’ve also bought sugar cookies, brownies, grasshoppers, fruit parfaits, etc from them. they provide ingredient labels for everything as well. everyone who we’ve come into contact with has always been so kind and sweet. i’ve attached some photos of the cakes they’ve made for me. the most recent was the dalmation cake for my 21st birthday. the treats here always taste AMAZING and they have such a good variety of everything for everybody. i highly highly highly recommend this bakery. even if you don’t have allergies, GIVE THEM A TRY!!! I will forever go to Rosie’s. i do not trust anyone else. i have severe food anxiety when it comes to my food allergies and they are so so so reassuring and will offer to show you and tell you what is in each product. thank you Rosie’s for everything!!!

Absolutely the best GF bakery I have ever been to. I have lived in Canada, Florida, and Ohio and been to many GF bakeries and this is the best by far! I am SO grateful to have it nearby. My children love the treats and I don’t know what I would do without the GF bread everyday.
Everything I have tried has been amazing especially the breads and cookies! I haven’t tried the cake yet but I’m sure it’s delicious as well

We visited this gluten-free bakery with my daughter and were so happy with our experience! We got a muffin, a cupcake, and three macarons — all for $17. Everything was beautifully made, delicious, and most importantly, 100% safe and truly gluten-free.
As a parent of a child with celiac disease, I can’t express how grateful I am to have a place where we don’t have to worry. Highly recommend to anyone looking for safe and tasty gluten-free treats!

First time inside after passing by so many times I decided to treat myself to something sweet since the last time I had these products was at Cary dairy and I’ve been craving these desserts since. I got an oatmeal crème cookie pie and was happy to hear it was made dye free. Cookie was huge and the cream was sweet I will be stopping by soon.

Wish I could give this place 10 stars! Not only the artistry in the baked goods, but also the flavor and texture is the best I have ever had in gluten free and dairy free variety! An amazing treat for any family that has specific and sensitive dietary restrictions – particularly the friand and oatmeal cream pies are world class for any bakery!

Stopped by today as we happened to be in the plaza and picked up some GF cupcakes! They were delicious. The workers and design of the shop is lovely as well. Definitely worth stopping by if you’re gluten free and you like sweet treats! Emphasis on sweet!

Got some delicious goodies for the first time the other day. My favorite was the vegan sugar cookie with sprinkles. The Gluten Free Apple Cider Donuts brought me there and were great. Got a little cake for my sisters birthday and enjoyed it at 1776. Need to stay away cause everything is delicious. I ate most of it before I could get a picture

Jaw Dropping! All I can say is wow! We are long time customers of Rosie’s but this was the first time we did a custom cake, cupcake and cookie order! Unicorn cakes are a dime a dozen but this one was so intricately done and special! I felt so happy I was able to share a sweet with my daughter on her special day with no worries of feeling sick. This means so much knowing I can get her what she wants and have no qualms about sharing in the fun. Take a look for yourself at the work they did for our family. Precious moments we will never forget! O and the taste! No one else could believe it was all gluten free! No one else compares to this bakery and it’s wonderful staff.
