35$ for two footlongs and when I asked why the lady explained it was the new menu pricing. When speaking to the manager I was asked if I got double cheese or meats etc and I said no. I was then referred to the owner who said the store 10 miles away is owned by a billionaire is why the same two sandwiches were 15$ cheaper 3 days earlier. Was very disappointed and very RIPPED OFF

Well, my first stop at a Sub Way in 4 years.
Not a good choice.
Bread was old, so I guess they don’t make it fresh everyday anymore. The Tea should be called yellow water. Limited selection on sandwiches.
Dress up for work maybe…

The young Indian lady that was there by herself was very rude. Very pushy. Rushed myself and one other older lady to rush our orders along so that she could hurry up and close granite. This was at about 8:30 p.m. I know they close at 9:00 p.m. but they don’t close till 9:00 p.m. why are you rushing me lady? It was very unprofessional and very rude. Probably won’t go back to that location. Not to mention there’s cockroaches on the drink machine

If your gonna have Hot Honey on your menu and online says its available then it should be available!!!!! You have specific sandwiches your advertising it for yet was not available today even though I checked online before going and hasn’t been available for awhile! What gives????

I witnessed two female workers today being rude and yelling at customers for wanting to use a coupon. It made me change my mind and decide not to order food there. I have never seen such disrespect and poor service in my life. Please don’t go there if you want to use a coupon as they will yell and curse at you. You ladies know who you are and your manager will not like the complaint I will be submitting as to what I witnessed. Shame on you!

Very disappointing to have my sandwich toasted when I wasn’t asked. Had to stop the girl from toasting it, but cheese for my italiano was melted. Then my friend got a mestball sub 6in. I also though that meatball subs 6″ would get 4 meatballs. No she got 3 that what u get. I’m glad I will not be back in this subway at all.

Overall we have had good experience as I mostly order on the app and go to pick it up. Today however, there was a different guy along with the manager and he made worst sandwiches we’ve ever had.. They were dry, not enough dressings and he didn’t even bother to pack them properly.
My daughter tried to sneak in one to see which one was hers and the sandwich fell out of the packing in the bag… the guy picked it up and again wrapped it badly.
I always write a note to label each sandwich as all 3 of us (me, hubby and daughter) are vegetarians and have different preferences for veggies and dressings. Only one sandwich was labeled and that too incorrectly. Very very disappointed.
He wasn’t even wearing a mask while the manager was. If this is how the service is when only take out is an option and the store’s not as busy like normal, it is very very poor service and bad standard.
Sad but wouldn’t order from there anymore.
