Good Subway taste. We’ve ordered here several times. They skimp when putting our selections on our subs. They also would not honor valid Subway coupons nor the discounted Subway special on the app. Most other Subways have better management and do better in these points.

I stopped in at almost noon on a Monday. The place seemed so dark that I wondered if it was even open. I stood there for awhile to get waited on while two people worked near the food. I ordered and all went smoothly and I sat down to eat and that’s when I noticed the floor. There was dried on drink stains and general filth on the floor and it wasn’t just from a few days prior either. When I seen that, I had to wonder how clean the rest of the place was. Get the mop out!!! Now I know why I had a complete choice of seating. Nasty!!!

If you wanna order through the app here it offers limited bread and ingredient options. Last time I was there the girl told me that the app had been messed up for awhile now and that no one seemed in a hurry to fix it. She told me to just put the bread and ingredient options I wanted in the comments section and they would fix it that way. Well I tried that today and it didn’t work. As you can see in the receipt I asked for certain breads and cheeses and both were wrong. If you order through the app and use the comments to ask for specific ingredients be sure to check your sub before you leave the counter. I discovered mine after going all the way back home. Extremely disappointed.

A great subway! The toppings were all fresh and delicious, the guy making my sandwich took his time and didn’t throw it together so it held up nicely while eating. The workers I met were very nice and got my order correct without issue. Restaurant is clean as well

Waited in line like everyone else, and when it was finally my turn, the guy just walked to the back. Came back, said “5 mins,” then disappeared again. I left — not wasting my time on a place that treats customers like that.

This place must be under new management. I’ve worked at a few subways in my time and this is the first time I’ve been in a subway in a long time that was up to my standards as a former employee all the way around. The place was clean, the staff was attentive, POLITE, and fast and everything was stocked. Way to go whoever is calling the shots now! Please give the guys who work on Sunday a raise. They deserve it!

Ok I’ve been here plenty of times and I think this is the last straw.
First off, no one understands a word I’m saying. My order? A footlong, multigrain meatball sub with LIGHT sauce. What I got? A six inch, white bread “meatball” sub with 2 1/2 meatballs and enough sauce to choke a child.
How did we get here?
First the kid didn’t understand that I wanted light sauce and began smearing sauce on the bun as you would butter a sandwich? Then switched it up and gave me ALL the sauce. PROBABLY to cover up the fact that there were NO more meatballs. So, as a solution, he cut the sandwich in half so I would at least have 3 meatballs for a 6inch. This was a lie, as I only received 2 meatballs and little pieces that would probably count for half a meatball .
In conclusion, as I went to eat the world’s worst “meatball” sub, I took a bite out of the delicious sauce sandwich (that I definitely wanted) and proceeded to shed a tear of pure delight. I promised right then and there to share my story in hopes to save anyone smart enough to look at the reviews!
P.s. still hungry, at least i have a belly full of sauce 🙂

Edit 8-9-24. This subway is under new management since the below post. Went today. Food is very good and service has improved greatly. Keep up the excellent work!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ All around!!
May be my last time here. Food is good, but service is terrible. Had a very surly young lady. I asked about the artisan rolls. She didn’t know that I was talking about so she asked someone…all good. She was told that it is a 12″ cut into 3 pieces. She proceeded to take a 6″ and cut it in half. When I pointed it out, she didn’t like it. I told her just to give me the 6″. So she was really pissed. She took my money so I apologized about upsetting her. She wouldn’t even look me in the eye, but said all right. Always terrible service.

Absolutely amazing sub’s, like always. However, and I don’t want this to come off the wrong way, so please keep that in mind; it’s very frustrating when you can’t understand what the employees are saying or telling you at all, they’ll charge you for things you ask for, tell you something and just never get the product for you (ex. The dippers or cookie)

Food is always good service is atrocious it’s really not that hard to make a sub sandwich. Comes clear down to the bread can’t even get the dang bread correct and there always out of stuff they close early about 99.9 percent of the time you could go in by 6 p and they don’t close till 9 or 10 p or so they say but really they close down as early as 6 p the one by the laundry mat is awful this is the best one in town and I don’t want either of them now rather drive to Wilmington at this point feel like the management just ain’t here for this store and the staff just closes when they feel like and not stock what they don’t wanna stock when it’s close to “closing time “ do better subway .
