We came for dinner and everything was delicious, especially the xiaolongbao and the pan fried version too!!! They were juicy and tasty. Def recommend! The clear broth noodle was a great palate cleanser and really ended the night satisfactory. Spicy wontons and the cucumbers were also yummy.
I ordered to go the spicy wonton and the scallion oil noodles for later that night. It was too salty as both sat in the sauce too long so def recommend to eat them immediately if you were to go food.

I came with my friends and we order a few different types of dumplings and a few other things. Our absolute favorites were the shrimp shumai, the pan fried soup dumplings, and the chocolate dumplings. The shrimp shumai were some of the best I’ve ever had, there was a good amount of shrimp in there and they were a great size. One of my friends described the pan fried soup dumplings as being very comforting and the temperature being perfect. My other friend absolutely loved the chocolate dumplings, she said they have a perfectly chocolatey and had a great bite.
Overall the food was amazing and very filling. The service was also phenomenal, we were seated immediately and our waitress was super attentive and friendly. We didn’t have to wait too long for the food to come out and everything came out at a perfect temperature.

Came around 1:20p on a Saturday and had a bit of a wait, but once seated, food came fast, hot but not scalding hot where you had to wait before taking a bite. It got a bit busy so they forgot to give us water and half our utensils. Had to keep flagging them down, but the servers were pleasant overall.
The pan fried pork bun was surprisingly very juicy, almost as if it was a soup dumpling, but nice and crunchy on the outside – I loved it. Everything was great, but the best dish was the clear beef noodle soup. So flavorful and umami.
The beef wrap was pretty good, but if you don’t like cilantro, you should tell them in advance.

Good place to get Chinese food if youre craving it. We got the braided beef noodles which just tasted like wonton soup with beef in it. The beef was really tender and good amount of noodles enough for at least 3 people if paired with other dishes. Cucumber salad has a good sour vinegar taste that’s not too over powering and is a good palette cleanser or if you just need something to cut the greasyness. String/green beans came with stir fryer with chicken pieces and they had a good spice to them. Shrimp and chicken shu mai was ok lacked some flavor but good when dipped in soy sauce. Chicken fried rice was above average if you compare it to other Chinese restaurants.
Highly recommend and would come again.

Cozy atmosphere, we came on a Monday late lunchtime, no wait and nice and quiet. Delicious dumplings, scallion pancakes, noodles and veggies. The fried chicken was perfectly seasoned. Only wish the hot chili oil had a little more chili flavor and heat.

Used to be another Taiwanese restaurant but i would say Han’s noodles is definitely better. The cuisine i like the most is the pan-fry bun. It comes with great portion and right pricing. We saw their soft opening sign today and went in for lunch. We have dined in multiple noodle and dumplings restaurants in DFW area and Han’s place definitely earned themselves a come back.
First, the food is delicious. The braised beef noodle soup has a lot of flavors, the meat is soft and the amount of beaf and noodle is just right so I can enjoy other dishes. The noodles were hand pulled and they adjusted the spicy level as I requested. We also had the soup dumplings 小笼包 which was juicy and none of the 8 dumplings erupted which is a criterion we use to judge the quality of Bao. The third dish we tried today was the Beef Wraps. It’s shredded beef with chopped green onions and cilantro wrapped in a slightly fried pancake.
Second, besides the food quality, all the three dishes were of right amount to be shared among two people. One serving of 小笼包contains 8 pieces. The entire lunch costed less than $40.
Third, the service was quick. It may because that we went in on a Thursday.
Overall, Han’s noodles and dumplings definitely worth a trip if you love noodles and XLB 小笼包。

We chose several plates to share for a group of 3. We did order another order of the steam 3 delicacies because they were sooo good. The noodles were fresh and had great flavor, the sweat and sour ribs were just as tasty and the cucumber salad had a nice spicy kick. Definitely coming back! Staff was friendly and helpful with ordering.

As a person who grew up in China, i really love the food and the service here! The dumplings and noodles are all hand-made, and were soooo delicious. The wonton soup was also nice and comfy. All the food I had here tasted very authentic! I was super surprised to find such delicious dumplings, soup dumplings and noodles in Carrollton.
I also really love the service there! All the staff are super friendly. It is such a small cute restaurant with comfy vibes 🙂
