Lovely Morning Stop – Great Service & Atmosphere
I stopped by this place early in the morning while from Austin to Houston and arrived just before 7 AM. The shop was clean, beautifully set up, and met high standards. I was pleasantly impressed from the moment I walked in.
A friendly staff member brought me a freshly brewed coffee and a croissant, both served with a warm smile. Every staff member I interacted with was kind, cheerful, and welcoming.
It was such a peaceful and refreshing start to my day. I truly appreciate the warm service — thank you to everyone for making my morning so enjoyable!

I normally come here before I go to work at five in the morning or before I go to class, which is at 10 in the morning. I have never had a bad experience with any of the coworkers. Besides, my drinks being made wrong every time I go. This morning I had an encounter with a lady named Irene all I asked her was my order complete? She didn’t even seem like she wanted to help me when she finally gave me an answer, she huffed and puffed about it. as if I had done something wrong. this Starbucks will never be receiving my money ever again.

Worst Starbucks employees. Hateful, rude and unhelpful. Eye rolls, huffed sighs and ignoring customers. My husband ordered our drink, they put ours in Togo cups and his in a mug. Lady was annoyed he needed a to go cup. Didn’t give him a lid either. None on the self serve counter. My coffee was strong and hot, employee encouraged me to get a snack pack and I was glad he did. After showing houses in Waller County for a few hours, I was happy to have a snack. Friendly employees running a well operated machine. Good times!

my cashiers dave and landon were kind and answered my questions about using the app for my birthday reward. didnt make me feel rushed or anything like that. i got 2 drinks usually i have problems with my blonde espresso shots being too watery or stale tasting but my drinks came out sooo perfect. i looked over at the togo counter and all the drinks they were putting out also looked perfect. i would 100% recommend this location!

The reason I’m giving this place two stars is because they have made my drink right one time out of the three times I’ve been there. The first time I went, the drink was missing a lot of ingredients for that type of drink. The second time I went, it was perfect and this third time they didn’t even add one of the toppings on the drink on top of the drink is Pumpkin cream chai Latte. All I got was a coffee with pumpkin foam and I had to ask them to put the topping on there was no chai in the drink at all. For me to spend $20 for two drink drinks and not even have them right. I’m gonna have to find a new coffee place

On Saturday, November 15th I visited the Starbucks location at Hwy 290 and FM 1098. Even though there were only 4 cars in the Drive-thru, I elected to place my order inside so that I could use the restroom. Once my order was placed, I along with approximately 10 other people waited a minimum of 20 minutes to receive our orders. Having worked in the restaurant industry for 25+ years, 5 of which included being a Mystery Shopper, I was baffled by the slow service and lack of concern for the people waiting inside. Based upon the body language and facial expressions of everyone waiting, it is safe to assume this location lost at least 10 future customers. And based upon other reviews, this is a recurring issue.

Hands down the worst experience ever at a Starbucks. The time it took to receive our food and drinks was ridiculous. The employees are horrible at their job and they let you know, they don’t care to be there. We really thought that having a location close to the house would be great but it’s quite the opposite.
