Purely for vibes, this is a good study spot in town to sit and get work done. I’m a college student that’s out of town so when I come home for breaks, I like working here. It’s maybe one of the few cafe spots that works for coming in even if you don’t order anything. The drinks are fine, but I’m not a coffee person.

I’m a regular at this location and thought I’d boost a partner! Emma is THE BEST! She is always the one who will go out of her way to greet my partner and I and give us great service. As a former Starbucks SS, I understand the amount of pressure everyone who works there gets from all levels of management. Between being understaffed most days, being forced to write on cups (I also agree this is ridiculous) taking away time to do actual tasks, it gets rough. But Emma is always the one to keep her head up and have a friendly interaction. Thank you Emma for being awesome!

I rarely visit this place however services and drink is horrible then I expect. I order large ice chai and even pay for large too but they gave me small and I return it however they take it and put lots of ice and return it to large cup. And the taste was like water, way too much ice

I’ve rarely bought things at this location, but I ordered a falafal pocket (which doesn’t have cheese or dairy). I received the Jalepeño chicken pocket which has dairy in it. Unfortunately, I didn’t notice the issue until after leaving. I’m just glad I will not have anaphylaxis from the mistake. It did take amazing though!

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a Starbucks a girl named Nicole took my order and was very rude when handed my drink and food didn’t even let me let her know that I needed the receipt just closed the window on me. The food was good but the service was just horrible

I gave specific details about a previous bad experience with a poorly made flat white earlier in the morning to the cashier who took my order. She relayed the information to the barista who then took extra care to ensure my flat white was made correctly.
It was! I told him “good job”
And I appreciate them taking the feedback and ensuring the flat white was made appropriately and not like a latte.
Also, the bathroom was clean, the setting up to date and they even had games and a little book shelf.

Drinks & food are good but overpriced.
The ciabatta pesto turkey is delicious but very small for the price.
Also the last visit, there was only turkey on 1/3 of the sandwich. Not even half. It was very disappointing because I only come here as a treat to myself, only 1-2 times a year.
