Went in to use a coupon and the worker told me management had decided the coupon is only valid for what they determine. The coupon was explicit on what was excluded but management discretionarily added to it. What’s the point of promotional offerings if you want honor it?

I came in today around 125PM. A guy was in line ahead of me, yelling to the back to see if someone was there. Waited for his 4 sandwiches to be done (maybe 10-15 mins). The employee must have been having an off day.because I told him 3 times that I was just getting 1 sandwich (footlong spicy Italian on Italian herb). He kept placing slices of meat and counting, placing more, checking again. Then veggies and sauce was placed but the sandwich was poorly wrapped. One end was still open where he tried to put a sticker to somewhat close it. I got to work and my sandwich was just everywhere in the bag and falling out of the paper. I am sure this location has good days or this employee has better days, but today was a literal mess.

Shady business practices. This store says it’s a participating location for the mailed Subway coupons, but management does not abide by the terms of the coupons. They’re modifying the coupons for profit by excluding more items than the coupon says. I realize it’s just a sandwich shop, but come on, honor the coupon if you claim to accept the coupon

Picked up my order and already am overcharged with what I get on my sandwich ( I get made fun of by employees every time I order this) but today they had no olives due to a shortage – still made me pay full price. This is not okay. I already pay way over and they don’t even accommodate the shortage

Usually they don’t accept coupons. That’s okay. But at one time when they accepted, I ordered from here. There were barely any vegetables in my veggie delight sandwich which anyway doesn’t come with patty. It was like eating plain bread and some sauce. Never going to order from here.

I showed up 10 minutes after they said it was done and they hadn’t even started it. It was ready 20 minutes after they said it was completed.
Got it home and realized it wasn’t toasted and had no cheese. I wont be coming back to this location. Should have read the other reviews first.

I have gone into this store 3 times, the first 2 didn’t go so well. Since I work very close to this location I thought maybe I should give it another try today. Well I was wrong! I walked into the store, no one says hi just a glare from the worker. I should have just turned around right then and walked out. I ordered my sandwich, another customer was behind me and she started his sandwich and left me standing there. I got 4 pieces of bacon on a foot long sub, a hand full of lettuce, 4 red onions a ton of black pepper and no mayo….. dry dry sandwich! I couldn’t see what was going on with my food due to the guy behind me. No customer service, the store is very dirty and does anyone know how to stock chips? What a waste of my $15 bucks…. for a sandwich and chips… I will never go back to this location again.
