The food was full of authentic flavor, and you can really tell they know how to balance their ingredients. The oil they use is just right, not too heavy or greasy, which lets the natural flavors of the dishes shine through.

If you enjoy flavorful, well-seasoned dishes with authentic Sichuan character, this place is definitely worth a visit. I’ll be coming back again.

We’ve been there twice and just love it. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. We love that they have American versions of Chinese dishes but also have a lot of authentic dishes for us to try. I had the Black Pepper Beef, so good and spicy. My husband had the pad Thai and really liked it (his favorite dish). We need to go on the weekend for the buffet so that we can try a variety of dishes.

We were not expecting Chinese food this good in Kansas. I wish we were in town longer I would co. E back here to try more of their food. It delicious. They have your standard American Chinese food, but also more authentic items.

Amazing food! Had lamb skewers which were phenomenal, beef skewers too. And my main dish is a huge portion size with great taste. Service was just as good as my food lol. He was attentive and asked me multiple times how I liked my food and he chatted a bit in general and gave suggestions. Also nice smile. Cost is perfectly acceptable for the taste and portions! 100% recommend to everyone!

You’d expect chicken and broccoli to look like the first picture. Spent 26 bucks for unseasoned chicken and hard steamed vegetables. Will not be ordering from here again

We visited Zoe’s for lunch. The restaurant is located in a strip mall and from the outside looks uninviting. Once inside, we discovered a wonderful restaurant with friendly staff, great food, and a warm, inviting space. The menu offers a wide selection of noodle dishes, appetizers, rice dishes, and authentic items. Our appetizer of steamed wontons was stellar. We also ordered Szechuan Beef Noodles Soup and Scanllion Oil Chicken Noodle. The portions were excellent, and food was freshly prepared. The staff was attentive, friendly, and very helpful. A wonderful meal. We will definitely return.

We returned for lunch this past weekend and discovered that they now serve a buffet during the weekends. Great selection, including shrimp, ribs, sweet/sour pork, crab Rangoon, egg rolls, and rices. Very fresh and tasty!

Bridge

First walking in there was multiple people dining and clearly enjoying their food. We ordered appetizers and main dishes, and were highly impressed with the many flavors! The service was nice and polite as well. We will definitely return in the near future. Thank you!

Ordered the braised pork belly (红烧肉）, which was perfectly done in a lightly sweet soy based sauce and placed on a bed of greens. The fat on the pork belly was tremblingly soft and the meat was completely tender.
Also ordered the Lamb Skewers: crispy, juicy, dipped in cumin seasoning. Only wish there were more than two.
And the Szechuan style noodles. They were just so so actually. But not bad. I just wasn’t excited by the hot-sour blend.
But the meat was so delicious!
If you are going to order a dish, maybe do one of the meats and you won’t go wrong.

Lawrence

Hands down the best Chinese food in Lawrence (and the only place to get authentic Chinese dishes…trust me, I’m Chinese). The owner is super friendly and will recommend the best dishes if you have trouble deciding what to get!
