Had an absolutely fantastic experience at Era Wine Bar! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was on point. The music was at that perfect level where you could actually hear your conversation without it feeling too quiet or library-like. Really appreciated that.

Our server Semaj was outstanding! Attentive, knowledgeable, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. The bartender was also crushing it, clearly knew what she was doing. The service overall was top-tier.

Now let’s talk about the food. Everything we tried was delicious. The only minor thing I’d mention is that the shrimp could have benefited from a bit more seasoning. They came in a chimichurri sauce, and if you mixed it thoroughly you’d get the flavor, but I think they could have pan-seared the shrimp before adding it to the sauce to really make it pop. But honestly, I’m not complaining. It was still good, and I’m no chef, just someone who appreciates great food.

My wife, my son, and I all had a wonderful time. This place is absolutely worth a visit. Whether you’re looking for good food, great service, or just a nice vibe to enjoy with family, Era Wine Bar delivers. We’ll definitely be back!

Been wanting to go here for a little while and so glad I decided to pop in here one day after work. It’s a nice neighborhood spot that I think is perfect for solo outings, small group gatherings, or date nights.

I tried 3 wines: a Dornfelder (red), late harvest Royal Tokaji (white), and a Riesling called sekt fitz Ritter pfalz. These all are sweeter wines and I enjoyed all, but I liked the late harvest Royal Tokaji the best.

I also love that they don’t just have light bites here. The steak I ordered was cooked perfectly and was flavorful. My friend got the lamb sliders and enjoyed them. We also got the salute charcuterie board that had smoked mozzarella, black pepper pecorino, gorgonzola dolce
Prosciutto, bresaola, truffle salami
House marinated olives, Lambrusco wine jelly, rosemary focaccia. It was perfect!

We sat at the bar because originally I was interested in potentially ordering happy hour drinks (they have cocktails and wine for happy hour), but I ended up not getting anything happy hour related. I believe select wines and cocktails are 50% off at happy hour.

Jaime, a lovely team member was behind the bar and she was very nice and knowledgeable about all the wines. She had great energy and a nice spirit as well. I loved it here and would come back! Definitely want to check out their brunch next.

We recently hosted a bridal shower at Era Wine Bar, and overall, it was a wonderful experience. The ambiance was warm and elegant — perfect for a celebratory event like this. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and taken care of, showing excellent attention to detail throughout the event.
The food was a definite highlight — beautifully presented and delicious across the board. Our guests especially loved the charcuterie , and brunch, which were crowd-pleasers. The drink menu was also impressive, with a good mix of signature cocktails and wine options.
The event space was set up exactly as we envisioned. The staff was accommodating with our requests, including allowing us to bring in a few personal touches like custom centerpieces and a flower wall. Coordination was smooth in the weeks leading up to the event, and our contact at the restaurant was responsive and professional.
The only reason for the 4-star rating instead of 5 is there was a misunderstanding on buying out the restaurant, but it didn’t take away from the overall success of the event.
We would definitely recommend Era Wine Bar for anyone looking to host a special occasion. Thank you to the team for helping us create such a memorable day for the bride-to-be!

This is one of those spots that drive by and always say, “That place looks cute; I want to stop by there one day.” Well, I finally did last Friday night, and I’m so glad that I did. I was flying solo, so I sat at the bar and chatted with Jerel (sp?), who was the bartending and manager, I think. This is a beautiful, intimate wine bar. My delay in coming is that I don’t drink wine, nor am I much of a drinker. However, I love cute, cozy spots owned by local entrepreneurs. This is perfect for a date night or intimate friends’ gathering. It was warm and inviting. I sat at the bar and had the dates stuffed with goat cheese and pistachio crumbs. This was so delicious. However, there are only 3 dates in 1 serving. I think four would be better for sharing with your date (2+2), and the plate wouldn’t look as underwhelming. They were really good though and I would order them again. I also had the Spanish chickpea soup/stew. I can’t recall the name, but it was very good and filling. As a dairy-free (I will occasionally do goat cheese) pescetarian, there wasn’t much available that was more substantive, nor were there many dairy-free options, so I removed a star for that. However, the taste and quality of the food was top-notch along with the service. My partner actually is lactose intolerant, so although I would love to bring him here, we could only come for some small bites, like my soup/stew. Hoping more pescetarian options pop up soon. I will be the first to bring him back. In the meantime, I will return for some small bites just because I love the vibe and those small bites so much. ❤️

One of my favorite places, the wine selection is great and the food amazing. Good vibes! One of the co-owners just released the latest edition of Wine for dummies as the lead writer. What a great event! Cheers!

10/10, definitely recommend!!! We’d been meaning to check this place out for a while now, and we’re so glad we did. It’s really cute inside (clean, modern, not too crowded) and we got a great seat by the window. Our waiter was fantastic–some of the best service we’ve had in a while! My husband got a glass of red (sangiovese) and I got white (pinot gris), both of which were excellent–nice taste and finish. What was an even nicer surprise was the food.

We got the parmesan truffle fries (delightful/exactly what you’d expect), veggie flatbread (the melted cheese on top doesn’t make it look appealing, but it’s still good, just not the star of the evening), rigatoni (SO, so good, coming from this pasta lover), and Spanish chickpeas (also delicious–very smoky & tomato-y–and leftovers go great over rice). Our pic of the chickpeas isn’t great…that’s on us lol.

We finished the evening with a slice of the dulce de leche cheesecake, which was simply decadent. It’s clear their menu changes, since it wasn’t exactly the same as the pics you see online, but it gives you a good idea of what they serve. Overall, we had a great experience and will definitely be back!

This establishment is a gem. I only give it 4 stars on atmosphere because it sits on a very busy street and I can’t give a half star. Food was outstanding. I got the Angus burger and the wife got the cucumber salad with chicken. Wine was on point and the desert was to die for. I had the lemon blueberry cheesecake and wife had a mango sorbet with proseco which was delicious as well as refreshing. We will be back. Thaviny our server was just as friendly and tentative as she could be even though she was working the whole establishment. Thanks so much.

Very flavorful, fresh, and tasty brunch! We ordered the waffles, French toast, and steak & eggs. Nice portions, fluffy waffles and French toast. The steak was prepared perfectly! The drink selection is impeccable and top notch service. A nice gem in Mt. Rainier with great ambience. We will definitely be back!

My friend and I throughly enjoyed this place! We had a board, Parmesan fries, I had the lamb sliders and she had the burger. We also had the Swahili samosas. I tried two wines from Spain, a white and a red, can’t remember what they were called. I enjoyed them even though I am certainly not a wine connoisseur at all. Everything was delicious and the service was great as well. Definitely recommend!

OKAY — straight up — I had had enough of the Maitre D’s attitude at the restaurant next door to Era Wine Bar, and made my way to Era’s instead. AND … what a nice place with really good food and a terrific wait staff across the board!!!
