Friendly, efficient, and customer focused staff and management, super quick service, and delicious sandwiches and cookies! I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express for a few days and the restaurant is a 5 minute walk away.I loved the food and service so much that I came back the next day!

Service was to be expected of any Jimmy John’s, as was the atmosphere. The food even tasted great! But several hours later, I was puking my brains out after eating the bootlegger. Missed a day of work because of it. Maybe the employees need to watch dates or wash their damn hands.

Unfortunately the last 3 times I have placed my order online, I leave very upset. My order is not ready at the door, have to wait in a long line while my order is ‘’ready’’. I waited over 25 min for a ready order…While waiting I saw the assembler on the line wipe the sweat off her top lip with the back of her gloved hand then continued to make food with those sweaty gloves. Yum. Today when I did get through the line, they didn’t know where my sandwich was…. I waited for her to find it by the drive through. Very disappointing location, not a good place for lunch would not recommend.

Ordered online called 4O mins after my food hadn’t showed up to see where it was and the lady said the driver was about to leave. So waiting another like hour and she said my order was just delivered and I looked and it wasn’t at my door and they never knocked.. she’s like well it was delivered.. asked if I wanted it redone and I’m like yes! So waited another 30 mins and finally my food arrived.. I wouldn’t call this freaky fast.. and potato salad was only half full lil ridiculous for what u pay for it..

As an delivery drive at Jimmy Johns I don’t appreciate 6.00 dollar delivery fee even though we only keep 2 dollars of the delivery max. The delivery fee makes the customers think we keep all the money. most of the customers are nice. When it’s 8:30 or later it’s rude to the employees because we have to reclean everything and takes us ten more minutes to close. My co-works are great and the bosses are chill but get things done quick.

I love Jimmy Johns I absolutely love it for many reasons but my experience tonight changes everything. It’s 5 minutes before close and I pull up to the speaker and they welcome me I tell them I want a number 4 as a giant and they then tell me they are closed. They were not closed. Unacceptable. I’ve worked at subway for 3 years and if we locked the doors early we’d be fired. Extremely disappointed.

I ordered jimmy johns tonight around 735 ish. I received a phone call around 745, it was the manager Katie, telling me she was so sorry for the delay and for it taking so long due to them getting a ton of orders at one time. She told me I would be getting a free sub card when they delivered my food! I was so impressed with this kind gesture due to the fact that it hadn’t even been that long! So once she called me I figured it would be awhile before I got my food, but sure enough it showed up probably 10 minutes after that!! And not only did I get a free sub card- but they also gave me free pickles(my daughter was VERY excited about that) great customer service! Delivery guy was very apologetic in which I told him it was perfectly okay!! Great work from Katie and her team at jimmy Johns! Very impressed!

Ordered an Italian night out. The meat was VERY good. Suppose to come with Onionn and Tomato; It didn’t. I was not asked if I wanted any hot peppers. I did want them, but the person I was with had never been to a Jimmy John’s before, and I was trying to help her. The store personnel were nice, but didn’t ask. If I go back, I will remember to ask, but without the onions and tomato that was SUPPOSE to be on it kind of leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Most of my experiences with Jimmy John’s have been VERY good. This one not so much. My first time here. Other experiences have been in North Carolina, South Carolina, and upstate New York.

I have eaten many sandwiches here but the one I had today in Blair was by far the best !! I had an unwich …all the veggies were so cold and fresh..just delicious!! And the service was great and fast! Thank you…it’s hard to come by nowadays!
