Food and service were spot on. It was hot and filling and kept the whole family feeling great afterwards!

I would say this is a spot that I would probably use for carry out, but the small spot is situated in a nice medium strip mall. It’s kinda tucked away. Beautiful neighborhood food spot.

I would definitely come back. Pizza, fries, and mozzarella cheese sticks were for the win!

Good pizza, New York style. The wings were also good. Lots of hero/sandwich options and many wing sauce options. Our family favorite was the honey sesame. The garlic sticks were a little soggy but bland. Overall a good experience, my only complaint is that it very inconsistent. Some days the pizza is great some days is a soggy. Many vegetarian options and ample seating and parking

Bisonte opened their third location off Ardrey Kell. After a few visits it’s clear it maintains the same standards as the other locations in Uptown and Matthews.

The Buffalo-Style thicker crust pizza comes out super hot. It’s more filling than a thin crust pizza so a large will likely yield leftovers. The wings are standard Buffalo style. Fried crisp with an array of sauces, the spicy Buffalo is my favorite.

Parking is easy in the shopping center lot. Service is quick and friendly and the wait is t too bad. There’s outside seating for non-humid warmer days.

Solid cup and char pizza. The NY style tastes and feels like home. GREAT cheese consistency, great pepperoni. Webster NY repper here. Tastes like Carbone’s in Greece. Will be back. Def wanna try the buffalo chicken yeetza

Food was good – pizza could have used more sauce as the abundance of cheese overtook the overall taste. Wings were a bit too crispy ( and that says a lot as most wing places in the Carolinas are underdone). Downtown CLT location was a better experience.

I came in for a small pizza in order to cram in lunch quickly-not available. However, to my delight the lady said they did have individual slices. Great… until it wasn’t. This location kind of depresses me. But, I guess the individual pizza slices are Buffalo style? Mine was 1/2 melted, crust fell apart and goopy sauce sticking to cheese off the crust. Please do better… a sad experience and I WANTED to love it. I don’t post to be mean, but to really give an opportunity to grow and be better. Add decorations, napkins to all tables and make it inviting. You got this.

Ordered 2 gluten free pizzas from here on a whim, while waiting for my daughter at piano lessons. I’m crossing my fingers and hoping that we don’t get sick, because this is the best gluten free pizza crust we have ever had, and I’m in a bit of disbelief. Will update if we get sick, but for now, we’re stuffed and happy!

Overall decent experience. The NY style cheese pizza was less than expected. There were too many large bubbles and too little cheese. The kids wanted to try it so we tried it. The sauce flavor was tangy and pleasantly flavorful, though. It’s just not something we’d go out of our way to buy again.

The fact the prices on the menu change also puts a weird taste to the experience. They said I could check the QR code on the menu and it would show the latest prices as the prices change all the time. The online menu said the cheese pizza was a little over $17, but when the person at the till rang it up, it was a little under $22 and I’m pretty sure theres only a 2% tax. Something was off. Either the webpage was incorrect, the till was incorrect, or a combination. I confirmed the price that was dtated before I paid, but didn’t want to argue over it.

My daughter wanted a slice of cheese, but she was told they only had pepperoni left, so she agreed to pepperoni. 15 minutes later this is the slice they served my daughter. When I asked about it they said it got overcooked this afternoon when they originally cooked it at 1:00. So I said, so you burnt this pizza 6 hours ago, and then you decided it was okay to serve to me? To which she replied-that’s how we do it. I asked if we could get another, and it was their last slice apparently. She offered my daughter some ranch. Really? I was incredulous.
