So glad we found this smoothie shop. We are new to the area and were very impressed with the menu selections – so many 5o choose from with really fresh and healthy choices! We were even able to omit or add to the ingredients as they were made. Umar was quick making them, and so kind. We’ll definitely be back for more!!

I usually love smoothie king but this was my first time at this location. I ordered two bowls and it looks like they were lazy and instead of making two they just split my one bowl into two. My order was $22 and change and they were too lazy to give me the exact change. Which doesn’t really bother me but they weren’t nice at all so it just added to the negative experience. I feel like I paid for two bowls and only got one… makes me wish I just went to tropical smoothie.

Pretty upset about my experience… I usually love Smoothie King but have multiple BAD experiences at this location. It is not very clean, I went to grab a spoon for the bowl and they all were sticky! The employees are also not the friendliest and when I went to pick up my mobile order, they half filled the smoothie bowl! When I pay for a $11 smoothie, I expect it to be filled! There was a thumb width gap from the top of the bowl to the smoothie!

This is a wonderful place for a refreshing treat, meal replacement, or protein smoothie. They are focused on health and flavor. Many healthy foods and drinks do not always taste good but these are amazing. The owners are very personable and have worked hard to build a friendly business that is committed to making our community healthier.

Not sure what happened to this location. We would come here after the gym all the time. Unfriendly staff, the bathroom was disgusting. Cash only and odd exact amount to the dollar and no receipt. My smoothie was fine but my wife’s was wrong. I just stopped going to this location because of bad experiences recently. Very disappointing

I’ve given this smoothie king many chances. Every time I walk in, I have to wait 3 minutes for someone
to even come from the back to take my order. When they eventually come out, they always have both airpods in and just stand in front of the register without saying a word and wait for you to order. You feel like you’re interrupting their day by being there to pay $8 for a small smoothie. I know they don’t make the prices and the smoothies are never bad, but the customer service is just insanely bad.

I literally order the same smoothie from another location multiple times a week. Ordered one from this location and it was terrible!
Didn’t have the cup size I ordered online, and the team member did not know how to make it! Had to throw it away, I was so mad.
I’ll never go back to this one, let alone I have tried TWICE to get a refund through Smoothie King headquarters and have not received a response from them yet.

I was the only customer in your store this afternoon. I paid cash for my order and put money in the tip jar in front of him. No thank you. He made my smoothie, laid it on the counter and walked away. I said Thank you. Nothing. How about a little customer service manners for the customers who give you business. Not me anymore. I will go to a different one if my business isn’t appreciated. And. The smoothie was sickening sweet.
