This is the best Dairy Queen. I eat here more than I’d like to admit, it’s convenient! They have never once gotten my order incorrect. The food is always hot and fresh. It’s honestly impressive for a quick service restaurant.
Now they can be a little slow, but that’s to be expected when the food is ALWAYS hot and correct! The staff isn’t the friendliest but they work hard so I can’t complain but I know some people may be concerned about that.

tonight i had the displeasure of dealing with rachel at the drive thru window. she immediately greeted me with attitude when i tried to order chicken strips, and it continued to escalate until i had to stop my order and go inside to address her face to face. she argued with me while her coworkers tried to calm her down. it seems as though this is not the first time she has had an interaction like this. this is very unfortunate as i have been coming to this location routinely for quite some time but i wont be returning until i have confirmation that she has been fired. i’ve never had an experience like this at any restaurant i’ve ever been to in my entire life. completely unacceptable. i feel sorry for her coworkers

Waited 10minutes at the front counter with no service. I arrived with only one order on their screen, no cars in the drive thru, and at least 3 workers there. After 10minutes, I asked if only drive thru was open since they took 2 orders while I waited at the counter, that I heard her take and saw the order come up on the screen of orders to be made) and was dismissed with “no those orders were there, we’ll get to you in a few minutes.” I only get so long to grab a quick lunch for work and regret wasting the time waiting to be met with no service

Glenn was great. Very friendly and moved with a purpose. The rest of his crew was in the parking lot hanging out around cars. Took a minute to get my food but Glenn was pleasant and worked effeciently running the front counter and drive thru.

Food was cooked to perfection. It was hot and tasty. I had the grilled chicken sandwich with fries and a drink. I also ordered soft pretzels and a triple brownie sundae. I like to put barbecue sauce on my grilled chicken sandwich, makes it so tasty. Thank you for the great service.

After a disaster at Sonic, I came here and received TOP NOTCH customer service. The person who took my order was friendly and nice, the person at the windows was friendly and easy going. I did have to pull to a parking spot to wait for my order but most of the cars in the drive thru were people getting ice cream so I understand. When I got my food it was hot and fresh. The Flamethrower burger looked like it was staged for a commercial and the fries were placed in the bag with napkins over them to keep them warm. Condiments at the bottom of bag not thrown in the fries like some other places do. My expectations were exceeded!!! I will continue to drive the extra 6 miles for this great service! Thanks for the experience.
