Would give it 0 stars if possible. Always go to the walmart subway since it’s known as a better place. This location always messes something up. Just ordered two different subs to find them combined into one. When the receipt clearly shows two different subs ordered. I guess this is what happens when one 18 year old is running a shop by himself on his phone.

I have not been to the subway in a long time. Just stopped in to grab a sandwich, ordered online and went in, the man working was in the back for several minutes before even coming out to greet me ..he had not even seen my online ticket so didn’t start my online order until after I had went in. I looked at the ingredients in the case and they were not very fresh at all so had to exclude several items that I originally wanted to get. Mainly the pickles and cucumbers.. The man working made my sandwich but was not very friendly.. no hello how are you? No thank you. Have a good day etc. management needs some help here. I do wish I would have taken some pictures.

I did not catch the ladies name, but given her circumstances, she did a fantastic job of serving several people by herself. She was working with a toaster that was not working, but she would make it work the best that she could and she was also working with a system that was having a hard time processing coupons. She was dealing with all of that with a smile on her face again I do not know her name, but my receipt says served by: 702 so I’m assuming that is her code. So whoever was working on April 7 at 4:15 in the afternoon kudos to you and come on Subway get your act together and fix your toaster. Fix the coupon reader and update your store a little bit.

I usually use the app to order carry out and this is hands down the best subway in Lebanon out of the 4 in this area. Great sandwich and my modifications are always correct. I normally don’t do reviews but I feel this subway in particular deserves a good one lol.

I was told today was Philly special, $7.99 with small drink and bag of chips. Was charged $9.99 plus $2.49 for 3 cookies for total of $12.48. I informed them there app isn’t working for me and even showed him how it does on phone. He knew nothing. I explained yesterday was my birthday and they said I had a free cookie,once again nothing. Im done subway. No more. Your app sucks !

Young lady working tonight, 10/21, is doing a phenomenal job. My kid was being silly (and distracting) and she was so kind to her and I. The food was also great and as a former subway employee, I can say she is doing things the right way and left a good impression on us. Kudos to her!

Ordered online. Missing items and one sandwich’s meat was cold and missing extra cheese. Took a while for someone to pick up phone, but lady who picked up offered to write my name down for 12 cookies instead of the 6 missing I ordered. Will call ahead and make sure they have enough for pick up.

3.5. Mixed bag. Had a great experience my first time. Great service and sandwich one afternoon made by a young guy. I returned a few days later mid-morning and while very efficient and fast, the woman who made the sandwich was one of the least friendly (aloof) and one of the stingiest with veggies I’ve seen and I’ve eaten Subways across the country and for a long time. Laying each individual leaf of spinach on a 12in. with space between each for a total of 6-7 was a first and not much more after saying something really put me off.

A few days ago, I went to this location, and a very kind young gentleman, I don’t remember his name but he was young, and was a little bit chubbier, was very nice and had exceptional sandwich making skills. He even made good conversation with me as he made my sandwich exactly the way I wanted it. Bravo to him, however, the only reason I’m giving it a 3 and not a 5 is that there was another lady working there, and she reeked of cigarette smoke. It was so strong, in fact, that I could smell it from across the room. Almost ruined my experience. Overall, good subway, probably the best in town.
