This was pretty rough. My wife and I placed an online order for pickup. I got there 2 minutes after they said it would be ready. After a few minutes in the drive-thru I was finally acknowledged through the speaker to tell them I was picking up an order. Another 10 minutes behind a single vehicle before getting my food. Why not simply bring it outside if it was ready and the person in front placed a large order? Get home 8 minutes later to already cold food. Taco shells that tasted stale. And queso that had the consistency of a memory foam mattress. A staff that apparently doesn’t have the foresight to take care of a customer and food quality that seems to be slipping every time. Food is always great here. The service in the drive thru however was less than par. The girl was rather rude when taking our order. Acted like she didn’t have the patience to deal with an elderly lady. Don’t know what her name was, but the order was not even cooked correctly. Not the cooks fault, it was the order takers fault. If my order had been prepared the way I had ask for it to be prepared I would have given the food part 5 stars.

My husband asked for just meat and cheese…he got Pico on it. His chips were stale and meat was cold. My daughter’s nachos was cold. The cheese was only on the top of her nachos. The green onion was old on my husband’s food. The kid’s food is spicy.

Let me preface this review by saying the staff are a 10 / 10. My issue is with balance in ingredients. I love the new breakfast tacos. They give you no egg and all chorizo or potato. Where’s the egg? It happens everytime I go. Why are you instructing your kitchen to give all meat and little egg. Tacos the same. All meat and little lettuce. Please give us some egg.

I’m really disappointed in my experience here. I ordered two bean burritos, and there was only one person waiting inside and one in the drive-thru — it shouldn’t have taken 25 minutes to get my food. When I finally got back to work, I discovered they gave me two double beef burritos instead. Not only did I not get what I ordered, but I couldn’t even eat what they gave me. This whole situation was a huge inconvenience and really threw off my day. Honestly, I probably won’t be back after this experience.

They charged me for what I asked for but did not give them to me. Sour cream on side, pico on the side, and salsa on the side didn’t even get taco sauce packets. It was storming outside so my family ate meals without sauce or the extras they wanted. No one was happy except whom ordered the cheese sauce, got it.

I work 2 full time jobs, so I have to pick up lunch most of the time. At this point, jury’s taco is no longer a place I will return to. Tonight makes the third and final time I will ever come to this place. I think everyone who works the evening shift needs to return back to school for a refresher course in reading. I don’t understand how you can mix up chicken for beef. At this point I will return to speak with the manager for a full refund tomorrow morning. If pictures can be attached here they are with receipt.

Food was solid. I wouldn’t say I was wowed by anything, but i sampled half the menu with my family and kids, it definitely was kid approved. To me it was very cheese heavy, and it blended with the beef in a way that made it all one flavor. Everything was very mello in flavor, no big pops of flavor. So a solid 4 rating for quick, good food.
