When. The place opened it was GREAT! Great food great service… but as time went on the service is OK…. But most importantly they scaled back DRASTICALLY on the portions that they serve for the price… Fine everything cost… but for damn near 20 bucks I would expect better…. Even when you “pay for extra”(sometimes 4bucks more).. To boot they usually don’t give any condiments unless you ask…. Like their food especially the Thursday bang bang chicken is great…. But nowadays it’s not worth it imo ♂️

I travel to Long Island often for work and always looking for good lunch places. I find most of the delis down here to be very good but after stopping in here 2x recently I have to say I like this place the best so far. The shop is clean, tons of options and the best rolls I have had yet. Highly recommend you give this place a chance, I know I will be back. Also the owner Doug took the time to introduce himself after he recognized me on my second time in store. Seems like a good guy but more importantly runs a great deli.

This is my go to spot for my morning breakfast. Their food is top quality, fair price and the service is top of the line. I always place my order 15-20 minutes in advance through a simple text. As soon as I arrive, my order is ready and I’m greeted by their awesome staff. This place truly values long term relationships as I do too. I highly recommend this place to anybody or anyone looking for a fabulous breakfast or lunch.

If I could leave less than one star I would. My office was looking for a new breakfast place as we haven’t had any luck since moving locations. I prefaced my order with New Garden telling them that we have 30 coworkers who will order everyday if this order goes well… Maybe I should not have said anything at all.
We ordered a total of 10 sandwiches and low and behold they managed to mess up 3 of them. 2 sandwiches were on the wrong bagel and one of them had a huge piece of hair inside the wrapper(see below). It’s almost as if they didn’t want our business. The best part about this whole debacle is the receipt was completely correct so I have no idea how things went so south.
To be honest, I get it, things happen and they could have been jammed packed. The worst part about this experience is that I called to let them know how severely dissatisfied and disappointed we were. Alas, they offered nothing to rectify this mishap. We will not be back.

Stay out of here!! The absolute worst customer service on Long Island. Doesn’t matter if you call in your order or go in person, they will 100% mess it up or have you wanting 45 mins while many other walk out the door with their orders. I tried to give it a pass after the they messed up my order twice or just didn’t plain out serve me. Tried again today, just now and same results. Never will return and will push people away from here. Way too many other GOOD places to eat that will serve you correctly and timely. Forget this place!! You been warned!

If you’re looking for a filling breakfast, try the BEC with home fries in a wrap – you won’t be hungry until dinner! I love that they offer different hot foods every day, and I’ve tried just about everything at least once. It’s always delicious. Bonus: I text in my sandwich orders, so there’s never any wait when I arrive. Highly recommend!

I came today for lunch, I was across the street taking care of something at DMV and figured I had some time to kill before my number was called, well when I walked in the line was just about to the door, I said this isn’t going to work because I figured it was going to take forever, so I said let me give it a couple minutes because I was really hungry, well I was in and out of there in about 12 mins, they work fast so I didn’t really expect much of a sandwich to be honest, I order the Philly cheese steak all I’m going to say is that it was a work of art, and it was amazing!! Definitely going to go out of my way next week and go back here WTG to all behind the counter.
