Disappointing. Wanted baleadas the tortillas I was not a fan of. Secondly I was adjusting my lid to my drink and the plastic cup completely broke its super cheap. I called and asked if I could get a new drink and the lady was rude and sparky. I told her that was not necessary it was just a yes or no. The rude attitude was not needed. 1st and last time. The drink was so good, only had two sips

All of the “negative” reviews are from entitled people that think the world owes them something special. This place is great. A gem in Newburgh. It’s clean, spacious, and generally welcoming. The staff is simply not the type to bend over backwards for a petty customer. They have plenty of regulars and quite frankly do NOT need your business.

I suggest any of the people who gave 1 star consider that maybe the world doesn’t revolve around them and no one (not even a worker) is expected to treat you like the king or queen of the universe.

Anyways, I’m eating a chicken baleada as I type this review and it’s BANGING.

I am from Florida visiting my family for the holidays and we ordered a big breakfast from here and everything was amazing. Food was fresh and delicious plus hot I highly recommend this wonderful place for a great dining experience.

Called to make an order yesterday. With five minutes after I got a phone call that my child was being sent to the hospital so I called Andrea’s right away to cancel. The next morning I go to call and they literally blocked my number. No longer going to order. My company will no longer be ordering or doing business with the restaurant again. The people are rude and nasty in person and doesn’t look like they clean well either.

There’s a plate call tajadas with fried chicken. It’s like nacho cheese, but instead tortillas, is Green bananas chips fried up with shredded cabbage and che mole with the sauce wow so delicious

I love the tajadas con pollo, very authentic. This review was originally 5 star prior to my last encounter with the owner. As you guys know I used to loveee this place. I literally love the chix and tajadas. The last time I was here I order tamalitoes and they where horrible! I actually went back and requested my money thats how bad they look. They looked old. Definitely not fresh. The son was extremely understanding and gave me the funds back, he even acknowledge that they where a hit our miss..However, I order them before and never had any issues. The mom came from the back and was extremely rude. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy due to the terrible services. Newburgh has plenty of centro american restaurants pick one where you will be treated with dignity and respect.

Excellent service. Wonderful food. Beautiful restaurant. Overall an amazing experience and the food here is delicious. Definitely would suggest this restaurant for anybody who is willing to try different cooking styles in the Latin American countries. My wife is Puerto Rican and I’m Ecuadorian but this restaurant really gave us a good impression!

These people are a joke. The service is horrible. The little kid who takes care of the customers is extremely rude, and it doesnt matter what you order or how simple the order is, they ALWAYS mess it up. Like how hard is your job honestly. The only thing that saves them is that their food, if you can get your order correct, is actually good. If you want better service i would say to go to zulimar instead.
