As a jimmy johns lover I am very disappointed in the service at this location. The order taker Dajon was not pleasant. He glared at us and when I asked if I could have my sandwich plain with just meat and cheese and toasted for my son he said he couldn’t do it toasted. I said that was fine and let it go but I made sure to say nothing but meat and cheese. We got our sandwiches and left, they did not make it plain. I checked the receipt and it did not say plain or to remove anything for the sandwich. We have a 4 hour car drive and I went to give my son his sandwich about an hour into the drive and so it was too late to turn back. I am very disappointed and not pleased. Customer service was at an all time low. No smiles or kindness. I don’t recommend this location.

Observed food safety issues regarding not changing gloves between register and food prep. Sandwiches missing key ingredients. Unfriendly staff that made me feel bad/awkward for coming in. I even tipped very well afterward, not a good place to eat.

I always get it delivered, so I can’t speak about customer service or atmosphere, but the food is generally on point. I mean, it’s a sandwich, some of y’all expect way too much in life. It’s never too saucy, but the meats are sometimes lacking. The last time I got sandwiches, there was a very small amount of meat, which has happened a few times. However, in general, this is a good place to get a decent sandwich. If you’re expecting artisan sandwiches for $10, you’re deluded and need to reevaluate what $10 means in 2025. I’ll say this… they need to bring those damn cookie sandwiches back that they had in July. The Oreo cookie is good, but that July cookie was insane. My wife ordered like 30 of them!

They nailed my sandwich, the staff were as friendly and welcoming as can be, and the store was suuuper clean. I would definitely recommend this location and will be back soon.

This place needs new management or ownership. They continually are out of bread… that’s wild for a sandwich company… I’ve worked at Jimmy Johns. We never ran out. Someone is just not efficient enough to run the ovens and prep bread when they are running low. Last time coming here

After waiting for over an hour and a half for a simple sandwich to be delivered less than 2 miles from the restaurant I called and canceled the order explaining that it would be unsafe to eat a sandwich that was out in a vehicle (Probably warm) for 2 hours. the did cancel the order but still charged me almost 20.00. Beyond crazy that they would expect me to take unsafe food, and still bill me. They did explain that at 1 pm on a weekday they were very busy,,, like that makes it my fault and I should be responsible to pay 20.00 for a sandwich over 2 hours after it was ordered,,, Good job JJ,,, way to stoop to a new low in life!!!! OH and yes I have contacted the restaurant and their customer service and I have asked that my credit card company decline the charge on my card,,,

Never an issues with the customer service provided and I’d like to add All the delivery drivers are fantastic and super friendly too. however the fact you spend a fair amount and tip a fair amount to just get 30lbs of lettuce and 2-3 tiny strips of lunchmeat on the sandwiches? Is the General manager that picky about FoodCosts? It’s wild to me, Haven’t had this issue at any other locations..
