Had a decent dining experience.
Definitely recommend the prime rib ONLY at this establishment. The produce for the salad wheel was fresh. can’t say the same about the dressings.
Cocktails rather enjoyable.
However depends on bartender.
Anything else on the menu isnot as good.
Asparagus was thin as grass.
The muscles were cold with a few empty shells.
Out of crab….. Again.
Lemon cake dessert was dry. Been here a few times and seems to be the same experience.
Not a top choice for fine dining.

Absolutely the premier prime rib spot in northern colorado. Excellent table service provided by Harvey and staff. Food is amazing, full flavors in every bite, perfect prime rib cuts, sides and deserts are delicious. Between the food, service and atmosphere, the prix fixe prime rib dinner option feels like a real true value in this day and age of over priced everything.

This prime rib can’t be juicer and more tender! In a family oriented and elegant atmosphere, the service was superb and exquisite as the entrées and the salad wheel with all kinds of vegetables. Thank you, Tamra and Harvey, so kind and cultured for a wonderful dinner experience! Visited a second time with my friend Jose, and dinner was superb! This place is highly recommended.

Husband and I dined here for the first time last night. We went later in the evening so it was not busy and the staff was very attentive. We loved everything. The salad wheel ingredients were crisp and fresh, the bread warm and tasty! We ordered the portobello mushroom, t-bone steaks, baked potatoes, lemon cake and key lime cheesecake. I also added the oscar (asparagus/crab/bearnaise) to my order. We were a bit worried at the thickness of the steaks but they were cooked a perfect med-rare and tasted wonderful, not overseasoned or oversalted at all as a prior reviewer suggested. There was a bit too much bearnaise for my liking on the oscar but that may be a personal preference and something I can ask to be reduced next time we are in. The key lime pie paired very well with the raspberry puree and the lemon cake was moist and warm. Overall everything was DELICIOUS! We will definitely be back! Thanks Pinocchio Prime for a wonderful evening, next time I’m trying the Prime Rib and husband will definitely be having the carrot cake and cinnamon ice cream!

We sat outside it was great! The service was wonderful and the food was amazing. I had so much it was two meals my son and I split. Coffee was good I do wish they had a dairy alternative for creamer though. I would highly recommend the Giant Burrito and the Spicy sausage Eggs Benedict..Mmmm

PRIME really went all out tonight for our 8th wedding anniversary! We felt all the love the moment we walked in the door! We ate the fried raviolis as an appetizer, they were fantastic. Then we had the filet and put it on the carbonara! Would 10/10 recommend that combo to anyone, it was beyond delicious! To top it all off we had a homemade delicious piece of German Chocolate Cake! Cecil, Annie, Zach and the whole staff always go above and beyond to make all of their guests feel welcomed and loved! Thank you for making our anniversary dinner special for us!

I brought my mom to Pinocchio’s Prime for her 89th birthday in October – our first time there. Cecil greeted us at the front desk and took us to a quiet table in the side room. Our server, and others who brought food to the table and bussed the table, were all so professional and personable. The prime rib was cooked perfectly. Their salad wheel is incredible! They even brought my mom a piece of birthday cake to end the evening. Thank you so much for a great experience! We’ve been back since – and Benjamin was the host and our server – amazing 🙂

Pick this place. Come here. Just eat here. Amazing! I’m a simple person but I like good food. This food is way batter than good!!! Best prime rib in the Rocky’s. And yes the salad bar wheel will be famous, needs a better name…..salad Susan? Susan style? Lazy wheel, lazy salad bar…..no. Great food, don’t pay any attention to any nay sayers. Eat here. Pick this place.
