STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION. Ordered last Friday and they literally just threw anything in the bag. Not the correct sauces, nor the correct increments. Called corporate and they opened a case to have my money refunded.
1 week later, still no refund, nor follow up phone call from the management. I called corporate back and they informed me that the management team marked the case as closed and that the money was refunded.
That’s pretty dumb because they can see the transaction history and notified me that the manager infact did not process a refund. The agent apologized and escalated the case to what I’m assuming is the regional manager to ensure proper action is taken.
This place is poorly managed ran by careless, lazy young adults. Judging by the reviews idk how this place is still open, or how anybody would even patronize this business. Close it down ASAP!!

Hands down one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I’m convinced they just hire anybody and throw them back there. Orders are always wrong after waiting over an hour and management does not care at all. The employees lack basic customer service and spend their whole shift playing around. I witnessed it myself today when the phone kept ringing and they kept putting people on hold just to horse around with each other. The girl even said “I’m not answering that phone.” What kind of place is this?? This happened around 1:00pm and that person needs to be fired. Save your money. Go elsewhere.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding an experience I had today with the Wing Stop location managed by Sherwin.
I have ordered from this location numerous times to feed approximately 15 employees, consistently placing orders of $300 or more and tipping generously. Today, when attempting to place an order, the online system repeatedly failed and booted me out multiple times. As a result, I called the store directly to place the order over the phone. (which I have done multiple times before)
I spoke with two different managers, both of whom declined to take my order, stating that phone orders could not exceed $25. Considering the current pricing, this amount would barely feed two people, making the policy unreasonable for business or group orders—especially when the online system was not functioning.
This interaction was disappointing and came across as tasteless and dismissive of a loyal, high-spending customer. Refusing a large order under these circumstances is not only poor customer service, but also a questionable business decision.
Unfortunately, due to this experience, I will no longer be spending money at this Wing Stop location. I wanted to bring this to your attention in hopes that this policy and the way it was handled will be reconsidered moving forward.

Placed an order online pick up time was 16-21 minutes, I arrived in :30 minutes. Employees would not acknowledge customers stand at register for over 15 minutes, until I shouted “is anyone going to help acknowledge us”. As more customers entered with no greeting or acknowledgement after another 15 minutes an employee finally said we’ll drop your order in 15 minutes. I waited still no food or employees so I eventually walked out. No one answers the phone when calling to speak with management. Worst food experience in Euclid would never return.

Walked in with a group, we all ordered individually and received our food in less than 10 minutes. Staff was super friendly and attentive! Food was delicious! This was my first visit to this location and I will definitely return!

FOOD was delivered to my address by mistake, person name on bag was Sueann S. I tired to call twice, each time a person answered and said ” can you please hold” , (unless it is a recording). But after about 10 1/2 minutes call gets disconnected. Not sure why they wouldn’t call the person that’s supposed to get the food to let them know food was left. Just saw car pulling out my driveway so I opened my front door and its food on my steps that’s covered in snow. At about 10pm . I dont eat wing stop, just wanted someone to come get it.

every time i ordered from here they either cancel the order, never deliver the food or don’t even have the order ready at the time they said they would. it would be like an additional 30 minute wait once you get there. terrible customer service. unsanitary. really unprofessional.

Ordered food online, came in to take my daughter to the bathroom and was yelled at by cashier that they don’t have public restrooms as I was walking towards their restroom. I asked her to repeat what she said because they have a seating area and I never heard of dine- in not having a restroom. Frustrated, I wait a few minutes and say well maybe she means for non-paying patrons. So as she is by the drink machine I ask her did she mean no public access to people who are not buying food. She says no to everyone. I say but theres no signs up and it doesnt say employee only on the door. She then proceeds to tell me ” we dont need no sign” Luckily for me at the area I was standing I was able to see the full kitchen and witness their unsanitary practices. No one was wearing gloves..yuck..the girl in the cooking area yells ” excuse me ma’am you’re not allowed this far back” what did you need? I said my food and i want a refund because Im not waiting 15 min and my daughter has to use the bathroom. Needless to say they took their time doing it and I left. Never ever patronizing there again. I’m calling the health dept in the a.m. Food poisoning waiting to happen!

The fries are not the original Wingstop fries. They were hard and burnt. The chicken was overcooked from the night before. I called to get my money back and was placed on hold and the manager never came back to the phone.

Good food, but the wait is not worth it. I ordered food at 6:46. Came in at 7:20 and got told they still haven’t started my order and would be another 15-20 minutes when my food was supposed to be done between 7:02 and 7:07. I have a 13 hour drive to make and now I’m stuck waiting on food that should been done. But none of their employees want to be on top of orders so they backed up? Either, hire better staff or something. Because I sat here watching only one or two working while the rest stood around talking.
