Great find in Twisp! We showed up for dinner with 4 of us not knowing they require reservations (only 2 chefs) but were able to accommodate us. Amy our waitress was very knowledgeable about the menu and local area. The local fries are delicious, especially when dipped in the amazing homemade tater sauce. Burgers and bbq ribs were tasty and the pork belly sandwich was awesome. The menu is unique and has a little something for everyone. Can’t wait to come back and try the Sat/Sun brunch specials. Outside seating is dog friendly 🙂

Tasty Cuban-inspired food and friendly staff. In a building that used to be a garden store, so seating is quite draft and cold in the winter, although you can luck out and get seated next to a wall heater. Reservations almost always needed on weekends. If you’re a vegetarian, you’ll find the menu a little scarce, but order a few sides and you’ll be full of delicious Cuban Staples like rice and beans, Cole slaw, and makes yams.

Don’t blink while driving through twisp or you’ll miss this hole in the modern hole in the wall. Great food, good service. I’ll definitely stop there again on my way through. Daily specials, brunch, drinks, atmosphere. A real gem
