After a longgg Day of work I like to come here because I get coupons in the mail, these past 2 nights their employees have been I’m assuming Intoxicated on things, The first night I asked for Arby’s sauce I got random sauces, That wasn’t the issue, but tonight I go back and the meat is not even edible, I called it to tell them and ask them if they could fix it tomorrow because I’m already home needing to go bed, They told me that I was a liar and their meat was perfectly fine!!!! I will leave pictures below of how the meat and my sandwich looked, the employees are high, intoxicated and it’s actually ridiculous! Contacting corporate is my next move with this one because I was called a liar.

I had fried raviolis and they were very bland, not much taste to them. But the marinara sauce good and the spinach dip was pretty good too, never had one with bell peppers but ok. Service was ok. The restaurant looks just ok. I give a 3 because that’s my rating to the good. You can have all the hype but the food is what makes a restaurant for a return. I will give them another try and have something different and see how that goes

I could not believe how this visit went. We went through the drive-thru. Over $70 between both tickets. We had 2 orders. Orders were taken just fine. We paid, did not receive our receipts, figured they would come out with food. Told to pull around to front door. When the woman came out she only had 1 order, no receipt and gave us no time to look over the order before she left. So we asked for the 2nd order & our receipts. She came out again, same thing no time to look over for anything missing before she started to leave again. I did notice We needed plastic ware, so I told her as she was leaving, she rolled her eyes and made a face. I tried to yell excuse me before she opened the door and she totally ignored me. Came back the 3rd time with the plastic ware and i told her i tried to get her to stop so i could tell her we also needed Arby’s sauce, she starts screaming at me that it’s cold outside and i told her if she hadn’t ignored me i would’ve saved her a trip. Then she literally whirls around and screams “no” and then slams the door. So my daughter & I headed into speak to the shift supervisor or manager, I didn’t catch her name, I should have!! She defended the woman saying she’s never heard her scream. This was after I caught the woman running inside to tell her they were getting ready to be griped out. The manager never offered an apology, a discount on future visit… nothing!! My daughter had to leave to keep from blowing her top. I tried very hard to keep my cool!! Will not go back to Miami, OK Arby’s!!!

Service was super slow the last 3 times. Twice in the drive thru and again inside. Took forever to get my food and when I did, the food was cold and there wasn’t any napkins in the bag. I complained about it taking 20 minutes to get 1 sandwich. The worker then proceeded to argue with me about it not taking that long. I had to show my receipt as proof and she acted as if she didn’t care and I had nothing to get upset about. This was always my favorite place. Now it’s the worst place in town.

I’m not a huge fan of fast food but I really dislike when I do go and all the employees act like they hate being there. This particular Arby’s is so different from most fast food places. Everyone in there is super friendly, they all seem happy to have their job and be there. The food is always good (for fast food) and in 4 years of going to this store, I’ve only ever had one order that was not right and they happily replaced the sandwich that was messed up. And they have really good lemonade.
Either management is doing something right in how they treat the staff or somebody is hanging out happy pills when they come in. Either way, I recommend this store 10/10 times and would give them 100 stars if it were possible.

**If you haven’t tried the jalapeno poppers with the bronco berry sauce, your missing out.

Came in and ordered $40 worth in food! Got all the way home and didn’t provide Au jus sauce that was suppose to come with the French dip combo and didn’t give us one of our buffalo sliders we ordered! Had to drive all the way back up there to fix the issue and then got back home to a soggy sandwich! When times are hard and people come and spend their hard earned money they just want it right. Nothing was offered as an apology! No one even seemed like they were in charge! We Won’t be back!

First off I’ll have to say I waited in line for 20 minutes while the manager was just standing there looking at the line, that’s very bad business. 2Nd thing is I ordered the loaded Mac and cheese I finally gotten my order after waiting 10 minutes and my order was still frozen, it looked like something I would feed a pig because it was sloped. How can you serve something like this to people? This is very unprofessional. I took it back and told them.
