Horrible experience. Received 50% email for online orders. Order wasn’t going through online – technical errors, not customers fault or issue. This store would not provide any assistance and hung up on me! Called back, immediately put on hold and ignored for over 3 min. I then hung up. Horrible, horrible customer service. Never ordering from here.

I called this Domino’s at least 16 times on October 23,2025 and was automatically placed on hold hearing advertisements. No one never answered the phone. Poor Customer Service. Are they still in business? If so, they need to be SHUT DOWN. BBB needs to know about this. I Got a pizza from somewhere else, which took about 45 MIN, while still on hold waiting for Dominos to answered. They never answered. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

This location can’t deliver a pizza either. After delivery person was late I called and was assured they were on their way. They never showed up and on the second call, told me they were delivered to the wrong address. Not ordering from this location again

The pizza here is really great when made by Vlad! I took off one star since my order today was incorrect. Instead of one pan and one NY style, I received two pans. I’m not sure what happened here, but the pizza is usually on point, especially when you consider the price point compared to other places around here. I guess today was just Vlad’s day off- if anyone from Dominos reads this please tell me what days Vlad works so I can make sure I only order when he is there- thanks!

Garbage in a box. Probably the biggest food ordering regret of our lives. The two pizzas and bread we ordered may have been the worst ever. There was more oil used under the pizzas than cheese on top of them. This made the pizzas completely inedible. What little we did eat resulted in stomach aches for both of us likely caused by the excessive oil. Add in the pizzas had been mashed into the lids of the boxes, likely by the two liter of soda ordered, that the peel and scrape process to get the stuff back onto the pizzas was a fun experience.
There are far better choices in the area around this Dominos. Do yourself a favor, order from or go to one of them. You’ll be happier in the end.

This place has stepped it up and serious changes have been brought over the years. Definitely an improvement in service and food. 10 years ago, this place was a nightmare. Now it’s very reliable and delicious.

I have gotten 3 pizzas in the last month from your store that you manage in northbrook on Waukegan and Dundee (I believe it’s store #2886).
Every time I’ve come in there’s been someone named Nadal working. I have a broken foot and he asks how I’m doing and is just generally really nice. He stands out in my life as someone who is kind and caring and I appreciate him a lot. I wanted to send you an email to let you know he’s an amazing worker and goes above and beyond every time I’m there. I really appreciate what he does and how kind he is. Plus he makes a dang good pizza!

Not sure about the restaurant atmosphere(only ordered delivery). Normally order 2 for 6.99 & then add onto it, using same coupon. I combine the pasta primavera with those chicken bites with bacon, tomatoes & cheese. Makes a pretty good dish! Also, those lava cakes are pretty good – especially when you get the munchies!

Horrible take out experience. Ordered pizza at 6:07 the app indicated it would be 18-21 minutes. Arrived at 6:43 to pick up and they have not even started making the pizza. Same thing happened last time we ordered from here. Beware of this place as they seem to always be too busy to meet the timeline indicated on the app.
