Updated almost a year later: still really bad!!! Online ordering bad! Atmosphere at location bad!!! Pizza cut the wrong way! Peeling from the onion used as topping! Just bad! Should not have given them a second chance!

Really bad experience at Papa John’s on Three Rivers parkway in North Bend last evening. Tried to order online but got kicked off the website x 2. Called the store and asked for a member of management to let them know the online order hadn’t worked but had used the “reward”. Told by someone that identified themselves as a manager there was nothing that could be done. Cancelled the order due to what we felt was ineptness and ordered instead from the Lawrenceburg store. Called the corporate office in an effort to get our rewards back and spoke with a gentleman who said there was nothing he could do about the rewards, he was canceling our second order and we ‘had to pick up our original order’. Told him we were not going to the original store because they were not problem solvers. Ask for someone to contact us from the corporate office on the following business day and was told that was not going to happen. Drove 10 miles out of our way to get dinner from Lawrenceburg store. Will no longer solicit this business- poor management from bottom to top.

Rewards is a joke: You have to spend $75, just to earn $10. They’ve also been super expensive
– The order was a large pizza, a cheese stick, w/ extra cheese x’s 2 (had issues in the past w/ this location skimping on toppings, so I order accordingly) & a Mt Dew 2 liter. I was missing the 2 liter & didn’t get extra cheese on either. The cheese stick was also slightly over cooked & hard. I tried emailing support but I haven’t had much luck
Tip- PJ’s doesn’t have a option to add extra cheese to cheese sticks, so I get around this by ordering a medium pizza, requested to be as a cheese stick, w/ cheese being the only toppings (you can order online, then immediately call to clarify & can use a 2 or 3 topping promo)

First, I would like to thank the two men who were working tonight for being so kind. I had accidently ordered from another location that was much farther away, and they were not only understanding, they fixed the issue and were happy to offer to make one quickly. I really appreciate them being so willing to make us one and for making an awesome pizza. I would definitely go back for my next pizza!!

Ordered the Ultimate Stuffed Crust for pickup. Got sausage, bacon, onion, jalapeno and pineapple. I checked my pizza in my car before the drive back to find no pineapple. I asked for another pizza as this large pie cost me $20 but I was met with passive resistance. After waiting for a couple awkwardly silent minutes with no manager approaching me, seemed to be more interested in watching TV than talking to me for 1 minute, I decided to just tell them I was ok with them putting the pineapple on and throwing it back in for a couple minutes. What I got was cold pineapple sprinkled on top and “just leave the box closed it will be hot when you get home.”. Lol thanks, kid.
Then I get the pizza home and large sections were just missing dough entirely, and the rest looked like this picture I took. Praying this doesn’t give me food poisoning. I do not recommend this Papa Johns

We ordered 3steak hoagies,1 with e/thing & mushrooms w/sauce [it was dry no sauce] 1 w/thing but mushrooms but w/pizza sauce & x tra cheese [it was dry & no x tra cheese.] 1 w/pizza sauce,tomato, x tra cheese. 1 garden spread pizza which looks fine. And personal pizza w/just pineapple,which looks more small pizza. So does the photo look like it has pizza sauce & x tra cheese.

We rarely order from Papa John’s, but tonight we decided to give it a try. The family wasn’t entirely happy. We ordered several pizzas for the family and I ordered a sandwich. The garlic bread was good. The pizza was ok, but the toppings and sauce were a little far from the edge, leaving a little too much crust exposed. My sandwich was very dry and only tasted like onions. My wife suggested that they may have been stingy with the barbeque sauce, so I opened the sandwich to look. I’ve added a photo of what I saw. There wasn’t any sauce on the sandwich. Apparently they just overlooked that ingredient. Mistakes happen, but it’s still frustrating. This wasn’t a cheap meal. The kids didn’t like the pizza. We’ve decided to only order from Larosa’s in the future. I’ve rated three stars because what we received was food and it was edible. Not really enjoyable, just edible.

First time ordering from this location and was more than impressed. I made a mistake on an order and realized it quickly so I went back in and asked to remake it. The gentleman working was more than helpful in remaking it and was extremely nice. He completely understood and had it ready within 5 minutes! Will definitely come back to this location!

We just received our delivery from our Papa Johns in North Bend/Cleves area! It was absolutely perfect. They always are spot on. We appreciate our Papa Johns. The Guy that delivered was so friendly and sweet.
