Great atmosphere to hang out with the guys, watch the game. The waitresses/bartenders are very attentive. I sometimes wonder if my service is exceptional because I’m a good looking guy. Idk if it would be different if i was a female, I highly doubt it. All in all great location. Food is reasonably priced. You do the math

Fóod is always great and the service is exceptional from Angelica, Morgan (taller girl), and Shanna. The Philly Cheese Steak is phenomenal and so is their jalapeno poppers. If you haven’t been to the north side location, I’d highly recommend them and ask for one of those 3 ladies to sit in their section. Thank you so much for always taking care of me!! Excellent bar! My parents always told me, don’t go to a BBQ place that doesn’t have a full parking lot, and Blu Barrel is the bar equivalent. You know they are doing something right because they are packed from open to close. Fantastic place to meet up with friends or watch a game. The food is some of the best bar food you will ever have.

My grilled chicken salad was very good , it’s so very loud you couldn’t even hear yourself talk and the waitress wouldn’t even look at you or talk and only checked on us twice if you call it check . And the girls shorts look like they are flossing there buts , even my grandson asked why would they wear there shorts that tight it probably hurts lol

I’ve been waiting to review this place so I could try several of their different options, and dang it’s great. The service is great, consistently but not too frequently checking on you. The food is really great the picture is the smokey bbq hamburger which is amazing. Also if you don’t want hamburgers they have an amazing chicken ranch sandwich, in my opinion good competition for the best in town. Also great music and plenty of things to watch if you want too just overall a great atmosphere. Highly recommend it as a must try in abilene

I show up late after work and I have to drive 30 minutes to get home, so I asked them to prepare my food to go in a way that won’t let it go soggy. And they do. They always pay attention to detail. They are always kind and courteous and smiling. I rate this restaurant and sports bar a 10 out of 10. Show up you’ll love it.

We came with a limited amount of time to eat and were surprised to see the food come out quickly (but a little too well done on the fries/onion rings). After our food was delivered we never saw our server again. She vanished and came back only to give our check. No refills or to check on us at all. I was hoping for another drink (I highly recommend the Sweet Peach), but she never came back and wasn’t in the area of the restaurant at all where we could even try and get her attention.
