First time at Burrito Shak and I loved it! I’m a big burrito fan and they definitely make good ones. The service is kind and quick, and the meat and veggie customization options are amazing. I had the Shaka Burrito with spiced chicken and pinto beans. Awesome product at very fair prices. Can’t wait to go back!

Highlights:
– Fresh, clean ingredients
– Generous portion
– Restaurant is very clean.
– Friendly staff.
Room for improvement
– Guacamole was bland. (Salsa was not.)
– Order wasn’t ready for pickup when promised. I’m not sure if this was on their end or chownow (the online ordering service you’ll find on the website.)
– A little pricey for a pick-up lunch, but it appears that only quality ingredients are used. My order was $15.72 for a burrito and a side of Guacamole, including a 15% gratuity.

Second time here, and the food was awesome both times! Friendly staff, great music, and the place was spotless. This time, I got the taco salad bowl special, and it was fantastic. They made the tortilla bowl fresh right there – amazing how they do that! More than enough food, and a total steal for the price.

Stopped at Burrito Shak on my way back home from a trip. They truly give you your monies worth. I had the chicken on my burrito and it’s was very delicious. My husband said he wished we had one of these places near us, because he would be a regular.

Donna was a sweetheart, she saw I was waiting for a pickup order and attended to me right away, told me how much longer my food would take, was super super nice, and gave me a drink tray for my two drinks which I felt was very thoughtful! Hope she has a nice day today

By far better than Moe’s and Chipotle! Burrito is huge and has great flavor! I get the Shaka w pulled pork. Jalapeno BBQ sauce and Baja vinaigrette sauces are awesome!

Food was okay. Got the Aloha burrito bowl. It came with chips. I Liked that the food looked fresh, but it did not have enough seasoning.The chips were bland.
I had leftovers, but I did not want it.

Came here today 7/27/2025 absolutely should be ashamed of the people working in this place!!!! Gave me no rice like non at all then charged me for more rice even though she put the bare minimum in the bowl didn’t even cover the bottom of the bowl. Then you had high school kids in there with the cashier just giving them free food but I gotta pay for extra rice is wild the workers here ruined this trip to burrito shack there just ignorant waste of money chipotle is just down the road folks save your self !!!!!!!

I’m not a big fan of chipotle but I would rather eat that than this place, if u think chipotle skimps out on steak this place will beat it. It has more rice beans literally everything else except steak, I never mind paying extra but at least give me what I paid for ♂️ don’t recommend this place, it doesn’t even have that much flavor either
