This is the most disgusting Burger King I have eaten at. The staff is led by a manager that is COMPLETELY LOST.. I really hope the owner of this building removed all the staff so I can get simple food again with out it being burnt dry nasty

I ordered the new Cha-King (the sandwich that’s intended to compete with the Popeye’s sandwich). I took one bite and spit it out it was so bad. The chicken was stiff and had a really weird taste, the pickles were dry and of course there was barely any mayonnaise. I’ve been to this location in the past and haven’t had issues, but after this I had to say something. At least my vanilla milkshake was good.

When we walked it we were greeted by a smiling face. It was clean. Two of the screens were out so we asked if they could turn them on only one of them came on. The burger was sooo juicy and full of flavor man we could not finish them. I did not enjoy the onion rings to much batter. Will be back

Today was the first time it didn’t take 30mins to get my food and it was right. Tables were filthy and fries were hard and barely warm with too much salt. I can say at least today was better than any of my previous visits.

They can’t follow directions, even the manager messed up after we complained. We ordered 3 normal burgers from them “Our way” (this is a joke) and were assured they would check because we have never once got an order correct from any of the locations in this town. My wife sat in the store and waited and they checked the bag and said it was good so we drove home. Pulled things out of the bag and stuff was missing and completely wrong. Had to drive back the manager apologized, said they would fix it and still the burger is wrong(this is after the manager supposedly hand made it). For the cost just go to a local place and get a better quality meal that is actually done the way you asked for the first time. I would not recommend this place, the manager needs to go back for training so they can properly manage the store because no one in there including them has any idea of what they are doing.

8am 07/06/21 clear creek Y’all WANT $15 PER HOUR can’t get five French toast sticks right it took longer to pay than get my food the bag was hang out the second window as I was paying “so fresh” when I got the food it was cold and stale GROSS
