This was my first time visiting this location. I had only tried Panda Express once before, when I was in Fort Worth, and the food there was outstanding. Because of that experience, I decided to give it another try this time in Fort Lauderdale. While the food was still good, the flavor didn’t quite compare to what I had in Texas.
The main reason for my 3 star rating, is the customer service. The employee serving the food at the counter seemed very unhappy and had a frown on her face the entire time. She didn’t greet us, and when I asked a question about one of the items, she didn’t respond verbally, she simply pointed. I was honestly surprised by the lack of engagement and hospitality.

This is mind blowing to come here at 11 in the morning and I have rice that’s hard as well as the vegetables in the rice & the orange chicken hard & barely coated in sauce……. You all just opened at 10 so I just don’t understand. Having a bad day?????? I’ll keep my money next time

Oh, Panda Express, you absolute culinary gem, where do I even begin with your stellar service? Ordering through your app is like playing a high-stakes game of “Will They Get It Right This Time?” Spoiler alert: they don’t. My first adventure was a pickup order for a family meal—simple enough, right? Apparently not, because you forgot all the condiments. Soy sauce? Teriyaki? A dream too lofty for your crack team. I had to drag myself back into the store to beg for what should’ve been included in the first place. Truly a five-star experience.
Round two, I thought, “Let’s give delivery a whirl!” Ordered a family meal and two large sides, because who doesn’t love a side of disappointment? You nailed it by delivering only one of the sides—brilliant cost-cutting strategy, really. Condiments? Zero. Fortune cookies? Nada, leaving my kids to mourn the loss of their crispy, prophetic treats. Your app makes it so easy to request specifics, only for your team to treat them like optional suggestions. Incompetence must be a core value at this location, because you’ve mastered it. I’d give you zero stars, but I’m sure you’d forget to include those too.
Never again, Panda Express. Keep the change, and maybe hire someone who can read an order.

I must say after all my years of going to Panda Express this has to be the worst. I go to Panda Express because they are always consistent. I can consistently get some food and it tastes the same every time. But not this location. I went through the drive-thru and it took forever which is okay I understand it was busy. When I got home and ate my food words cannot describe how it tasted. I don’t know who on earth is in that kitchen cooking but all I can say is I seriously undoubtedly know for a fact that job is not for them. I have zero tolerance in spending my money for nothing so I promise I will not be back to this location ever in life!!!

Omg. I thought it was just me and I go there a lot because I love Panda Express BUT this location OMG. U pay for a bigger Plate AND xtra if u want certain sides . My Lord they give u a lil bit of food for the xtra charge as if im paying for half of an plate …and Chow mein its Noodles guys its the cheapest lol…And the Managers OMG I believe her name is Jean she has the worse attitude she will argue with you slam ur plate down ..like why are we getting treated like that ..u wouldn’t have a job without us customers. I think u need to take some classes or simple quit. Because honey u are rude and disrespectful. Not only that she would leave the line sooo long before she even takes ur order she will stand there and fix drive thru orders before she helps us in line on the inside lol. That place is a joke im sorry . They need new employees and a class about how to fix a plate because we paying xtra an get less lol

In order to keep you guys customers please put authentic Chinese people in the kitchen to give the food panda flavors this my first time trying out the food since you guys been open & it don’t give Panda Express! the food tastes really blend & dry with no flavor !the teriyaki chicken has no teriyaki flavor it taste like wet boiled meet & the orange chicken was burned Hopefully this reaches the right person I hate to have to drive miles to the Panda Express in the mall when I’m less then 0.5 mile from this location. Food is not ready. They tell it will be ready in 5 minutes and after 20 minutes still no ready. The line with other upset costumers are growing bigger and the staff is not handling it professionally. The drinks are running low as well. This place is ok and sometimes not. Need better cleaning at the tables as well.

I ordered last night, Oct. 29,2025 through Uber eats. This food was not worth the money. The entire meal was not hot at all. The grilled teriyaki chicken didn’t taste like teriyaki sauce, the orange chicken was so hard, uneatable. It appears that the food is cooked differently than other Panda Express restaurants. I paid full price for half a meal. Don’t think I’ll be ordering from that store on Broward Blvd in Fort Lauderdale again.
