The food was excellent and the service was even better. We had a couple pizzas the whole family loved them, and we had some picky eaters. The ranch and sauce we great and the ingredients were fresh, I really enjoyed the mild peppers.The kids devoured the chocolate chip cookie dessert.

Friendly, but busy owner! Waited about 40 minutes for our food but it was definitely worth it! My kids are obsessed with the ranch dressing and Friers has the best calzone! Dough is perfect! Very soft and fluffy! My oldest daughter had the Alfredo and was super happy with it.

Little place right on main. It got 4.8 stars when we visited, but earned 5 stars for staff and food! Had meat lovers pizza, chicken Alfredo and mozzarella cheese sticks.
The pizza was great. Crisp and light end crust, fresh toppings and fresh cheese. Great pizza.
The mozzarella sticks are homemade! Breaded and uses the same fresh mozzarella cheese
Tried my sons chicken Alfredo and it was delicious. He ate every bite.
Staff was friendly and accommodating. They were busy with takeout orders, but made sure we were happy.
We are from out of town and found a great place to eat. I am sure whatever we ordered would have been great.

All we can say is this place is excellent! We visited Alpena for our 50th wedding anniversary and found this little gem to eat at. Jenni greeted us as soon as we walked in the door and she is so friendly and knowledgeable about their menu. We had a pizza and it was amazing! Two days later we went back and I had the spaghetti and my wife had lasagna….again AMAZING food! Charlie, one of the chefs, came out and asked if we were pleased with our meals, which we were very pleased. I can’t wait to go back someday!

My husband and I were passing through Alpena randomly on a Great Lakes your vacation. Honestly the best pizza I’ve had in a very long time. We live in Chicago and this beats any hand tossed pizza I’ve had there. The crust is perfect,the sauce isn’t too sweet and the cheese is not chewy. Smells like baking bread when you walk in, friendly staff.

Definitely worth ordering from this gem on the north side of town, or stopping by to eat in. The food is good. Ample portions and they heap on the toppings for the pizza. Highly recommend over wasting money on a massive corporation chain business when you can support your local small-town neighbourhood pizzeria. We had 1 large pizzas, one a Supremo, the other vegetarian. Yummers!
