Ok so Ordered Delivery. Driver came as expected no issue with delivery. Order 1 Delish Supreme which was as expected. Order one meat lovers extra chees, extra sauce, all meat changed to pepperoni x3. THATS NOT WHAT I GOT!!!!. Extra – yes, Extra Suace – yes, Extra pepperoni is NOT EVEN CLOSE,
maybe regular pepperoni. Called to the store for some young lady to try and tell me I ordered wrong and what I got was correct. She says they reduce the weight when you order extra of the same topping . Example given: If pepperoni is 1oz and you order extra the amount per is then reduced to .5oz. So instead of getting 3oz pepperoni as as expected I’m told I got 1.5oz. But my pepperoni pizza doesn’t even have as much pepperoni as what came on my supreme pizza. Called the store. Attendant on the phone was very rude. Continued to talk over me and offered no recourse. Did not offer a manager any resolution other that insinuating I was dumb and ordered wrong. Felt very disrespected. Very poor customer service.

Ordered a Custom pizza. The price was 11 something for a large. Pretty affordable but toppings were kind of scarce. It says up to 7 but they only gave me 4 of the 7. Wings taste baked not fried, they were ok but not great. Kind of disappointed, thought itd be better, it reminded me similar of what ive ate at dominos. 3 out of 5. Id try again if i lived close, i like to support local versus chains.

Talking about top notch customer service . I was having problems trying to submit my order online. I called Mr Jims she was happy and willingly ready to help me ( I didn’t get her name) she knows who she is .without any hesitation she helped me from beginning to end . Mr . Jim is always hot when it’s delivered and soooo good . Best customer service hands down..They also sent a treat with a note all I could do was smile . The pizza is very good but for the price I think they should put more meat and cheese on the pizza. I’ve purchased 3 large pizza with 3 toppings. The pizza coming out look like not enough meat on the 3 toppings. Couple slice of pepperoni, a few sausage and a few ham.

I have to say this is the best Mr Jim’s location. On NYE we ordered a pizza online and went and picked it up. We ordered and picked up within 1 hour. I have to hand it to these guys for getting so much pizza made on such a hectic night in such a timely manner. AND when my husband brought it home it was super hot and super fresh. We’ve ordered many times before and seriously have never been disappointed. Keep it up the awesome job y’all!!!

Great place wife and kids loved the pizza here, I walked in the establishment and saw one of the cleanest places I’ve seen in years. Everyone was wearing masks and gloves. ( I appreciate that) and was quick to help, i wasn’t in there for more than a couple minutes….we will order from here more often…I don’t mind a 20 minute drive for better quality experience..
