It doesn’t do any good to have “better ingredients” when they are repeatedly the wrong ingredients. I ordered an XXL Pepperoni pizza with sausage added. Although we received the pizza promptly is was the wrong pizza and, to make matters worse, it was burnt to a crisp. When I called the Papa John’s, they agreed to send us the correct pizza. After an hour and a half, I drove to the restaurant. It was empty and there was one order waiting to be picked up. Our order had not even been started, according to the employee, because they were just too busy. Finally, I waited for a new pizza. When I got home, my family – who had now been waiting for hours for food – opened the box only to discover the order was still wrong. Papa Johns just lost a longtime customer – not that they care if their behavior is any indication. Just buy DiGornio or get a Publix pizza. It is faster and you will get what you want.

Pizza: Favorite pizza joints are just a personal preference. My review is completely based on my personal preference. What I like is how they always seem to use very fresh ingredients. The cheese to me tastes like no other. The crust is a thick puffy crust so if you are looking for thin and crispy this won’t be your place of interest. The prices are very good especially when you use one of their coupons (they have them almost everyday).
This Store: This store is about average for a delivery only pizza store. They have two bathrooms (one for women and one for men). Luckily they do have a bench that seats 2 if you are lucky 3 people just in case you show up early. You can easily see behind the counter where the food is prepared so you can verify the cleanliness of the store (which is clean). Each time I have been there they prepared and cooked the pizza when they said they would. Friday and Saturday nights can get a busy so make sure you place your order early.

Dude at the counter was lowkey short with me. Understandable, I’m sure people that come here aren’t always the kindest. I was charged extra for “extra garlic and tomato sauces” , also fine, but got home… only 2 lil tomato sauces. Wish I didn’t tip.

This is probably the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had with any restaurant. I ordered a pizza and a 2 liter and got nothing I paid for! Pizza was wrong and charged me extra for toppings I never got, and never got the two liter I bought. Best part is I called in talked to the “MANAGER” supposedly, who told me he could NOT REFUND ME, OR…… guarantee me a time the order would be completed. Refused refund!! TWO HOURS LATERS STILL NO PIZZA SILL NO 2 LITER!!! Never in my love again will I order from this thieving disrespectful pizza place!!!!!! Please never preset here, save your money they will mess your prefer up then steal your money…

Not even worth a star. Ive reported them to OSHA and the better business bureau and will be reporting them to the media.
