I love barbecue, so when I found out there was a spot locally. I had to check it out! They make their own sauce, as a matter fact, everything there is homemade! They smoked their own meat and have their own sides that they make from scratch daily, wow.
I highly recommend the brisket, the ribs and the mac & cheese. Those were my heavy hitters for sure! The ambience is very quaint and I will definitely be back.

We tried a lot of different barbecue restaurants when planning our recent event, and Monty’s is head and tails above the rest! The meat, the sides, even the cornbread are prepared with homestyle care. Everyone who attended our party raved about how great the food was! And Andy was great to work with, always able to provide helpful tips on how to best serve the buffet. I highly recommend Monte’s for your next party or event!

Place is a fast casual joint. You order by the pound and you grab it. We had the ribs, brisket and pulled pork. Brisket and ribs were great! Pulled pork was quite dry though and I wouldn’t get that. Otherwise service was good and I would recommend again. Place does have a bathroom but I couldn’t get the lock to work though.

I wish I had found this place sooner. I’m so picky when it comes to bbq, but this place was amazing. I ordered the beef brisket platter and it did not disappoint. The customer service was great too. The young girl who took my order was super friendly. I will definitely be returning!!

Talk about an amazing barbeque spot. Step into Monty’s and find out where it’s at. The menu up against the wall speaks for itself. We are talking major eats…brisket, ribs, pulled pork, and smoked turkey. Pictures will be posted. The atmosphere makes you feel like you’re at an outdoor cookout waiting to dig in. Has that warm family vibe to go with a homestyle throwdown. Another thing to mention is the dipping sauce that comes with the meal…one of a kind. Definitely recommended if you are looking to get that barbeque fix. Take my word for it and go check it out.

The best BBQ in the area and one of the top I’ve ever had! One of the rare spots where everything top to bottom is amazing, including all the sides (which also makes it hard to decide what to get each time).
They’ll also have specials like Beef Ribs that are always a must try. If you have the gathering for it (or happy to have leftovers), the larger combos are definitely worth it so you can trying a bunch of meats, sides, house made sauces, etc.

In my 23 years of existence, this has been one of the best tasting things that’s I’ve put in my mouth. Staff was AMAZINGLY COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL. Ordered and walked out with my food within about 7 minutes. Sat at the park to enjoy and WOW that presentation was phenomenal! the sandwich was fresh, juicy and loaded with tons of flavor! The pickles and onions on top was the cherry on top .
The coleslaw was definitely one of the best if not the best coleslaw I’ve ever had !
For the price and experience all of this was worth it! The surrounding competition was BLOWN out of the water ! Will definitely recommend this place to my friends and family !

This is a great Southern BBQ spot. The cornbread, BBQ chicken wings, mac ’n’ cheese, brisket, and baked beans are all outstanding. The girl that was working at the front was very sweet and helpful. Highly recommended — I will definitely return.

The best BBQ anywhere. Especially love the ribs and the smoked chicken. The sauces are amazing. We drive 40 minutes to get there for take out. Its that good. And their catering is fabulous. Had a party recently and besides the great food they threw in some special touches for our party that made the day even more special.
