I’ve been coming to this location for years and I must say it’s one of the most consistent fast food restaurants I’ve been to. The manager. Ryan and most of the staff have been wonderful. But I have to give a special shout out to Elisha. This young man appears to be no more than about 15-16 years old but his customer service and etiquette surpasses most adults in the restaurant industry. He’s always kind and polite. He always personable and has even learned my name which makes me feel valued as a faithful customer. Keep up the good work! This location is set apart! Oh….and keep cranberry truffle on the menu forever.

I’m a first timer at Tropical Smoothie Cafe. I usually go to Smoothie King but I must say today I was welcomed by Riley with a smile. She left a great impression and was a great representation of the company as a first timer here I will be back. Her customer service was amazing she helped me with my selection of smoothie and even allowed me to change the smoothie I originally chose. Thank you again Riley!

I got the Chipotle Chicken Club Flatbread and my wife got the Sata Fe Chicken ‘Dilla.
The service was friendly and the food was brought out to us hot and fresh.

Been coming here for awhile and never have had an issue until recent. They have customers pull up to wait for items from the drive thru but it blocks others from being able to leave the drive thru. What’s the point in moving them to help the customer behind them if everyone is going to be stuck waiting in the drive thru area.

Literally Worst. Service. Ever. I was the only customer in the store. The guy making smoothies was the only one upfront. He made eye contact with me several times yet never said a word! I looked on the shelf for my smoothie ordered in the app and the shelf was empty. So, after being ignored, I stepped up to ask if my order might be ready. When I asked him, he didn’t even look around to check, he called the manager. The manager came over and he didn’t even look for my order, he took it upon himself to just show me the orders that had pending and told me how busy they were. Very rudely as if I was at fault in some way or disturbing him. THEN, he decided to look on the shelf in front of him where there were about 4 or 5 smoothies just sitting. He decides to ask my name and what I ordered, and guess what? My smoothies was just sitting there. He picked it up, handed it to me (no thanks for tour patience or kindness whatsoever), and then he tells the smoothies guy not to bother him for something like that because he was busy. I’ll say it again … Worst. Service. Ever. Do better!

Just walked in to grab lunch, I’ve been a long time fan of Tropical Smoothie. This location seems to really struggle with good help however. It was 1:30ish when we arrived, the only people in the restaurant at the time and were completely ignored by the girl working the front counter. She was cleaning out a blender, but did see us walk in. We stood at the counter for several minutes. During this time she asked if we were there to pick up an order and I said no. She continued to clean the blender. We eventually walked out. I don’t normally escalate crap like this but really do want to see this location succeed.
