I love zero’s steak subs. The location i normally go to wasnt open so i went to this one in the Chesapeake square area. My 1st time at this location. Complete disappointment..Just look at the photo..they ran the steak through an oven..what happened to cooking it on the grill and chopping it up..Definitely will not be back

Great customer service. The employees are friendly and helpful, which is a reflection of the owner. Although I was ordering takeout, the young lady was nice enough to bring the order over to where I was sitting when it was ready. I’m not rating this a 5, because I got things on my subs that I didn’t ask for and didn’t like and because I had melted cheese it was difficult to take off.

Got 2 grinders all the way. added hot peppers to one, sweet peppers to the other.

I’ve probably been here 10000 times since i was a kid. This last time was greatest experience ever. TOP NOTCH. Just two employees right before 12pm. But the service was great, fast, and friendly. The food was even better. My only complaint is the change i got back was 2 fives and 1 one so i couldn’t leave the tip i wanted without tipping almost 65% and my money ain’t that easy to come by. But I’ll continue to eat here for i hope to be another 20 years

A long-time Subway guy, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and cost of a great hot ham and cheese sub. It took me back to when I was in college 40 years ago when I would get a hot ham and cheese sub for dinner at a food truck. Those were the best hot subs in town. ZEROS offers the same.
