I’ve been here both times that I was at the museum and this is the best tasting Shake Shack location I’ve been to. The burgers here and perfectly cooked and the Chicken sandwich is amazing! However, the food here isn’t the highlight of here because the views are amazing! You get to see so many planes landing right in front of you and it is so cool.

Stopped in during my visit to the Smithsonian National Air & Space Museum- Steven F. Udvar-Hazy Center. Most menu items are à la carte but the prices weren’t bad. Got the Shroom burger. It was delicious. Staff was very nice.

I was forced to eat here since there weren’t any other options at or near the museum, save for trekking across the highway to Chick-Fil-A or Wawa.

That said, it wasn’t the worst option to have. I’m a little annoyed that I couldn’t use my discount code because there were no kiosks. But the service was good and quick, and the food was okay.

The greasiest most disgusting burger I’ve ever had in my life. We ordered the veggie burger and there is no reason for it to be that greasy it made me nauseous. Cmon people do better. We had to pay separately for the fries which wasn’t bad. We had to literally throw away the burger after couple of bites and just ate the fries.

My family and I ate here during our visit to the museum because there are no other dining options on site. Having never been to a Shake Shack before I was excited to give it a try. I am sorely disappointed at the food I received.

I ordered a simple hamburger with lettuce and tomato, and for nearly $15.00 for a combo that included the sandwich, drink and fries, I felt this was robbery. My hamburger was the size of what you’d get at McDonalds! I mean seriously! They couldn’t have bigger hamburgers for that price?

Service made up for the lackluster food, while there was about a 15 minute wait in line, the lady at the register was a sweetheart and didn’t mind me asking her to repeat herself because I’m hard of hearing. I was also impressed at the number of crew members that were cleaning up in the dining area which was PACKED with other families.

So expensive, one chicken sandwich, one smoked burger, one tea, one milkshake, and one fries was $42. Expensive like a fancy restaurant. Definitely not worth it. They were friendly so the pay must be great. Everything was average definitely better choices out there but this is the only food choice in the museum.

The staff who work at this shake shack go above and beyond to make the experience pleasant for the huge number of people who come through. Besides keeping it clean and handling the lunch rush so well, I saw multiple staff engage with families to help (picking up dropped items, making sure a small child found their parents, etc.).

Shake Shack food is always good. Plenty of options here for food and drinks. They have 2 exclusives..the Constellation Crunch Concrete and Out of This World Shake.
Very clean and the staff was very friendly. You’ll be at the Air & Space Museum for a while, might as well take a break get a snack or something to eat.

Come here for food that is out of this world . Super consistent and they have some unique special items in the partnership with the museum. The milk shake is really good lots of little crunchy bits in there. Fries are excellent, stick to crinkle cut. The smoke shack was great with the chopped peppers. Will always stop by here if I’m at the museum. It can be busy during peak hours during the summer but it was practically empty when I was here in the winter.
