We made a reservation for Valentine’s Day dinner that charged us ahead of time and included tip. First off, after last nights experience, seems like a major rip off. Granted we had a later reservation, our server Anna told us what they were out of. Fine, no problem. But then when our dinner came it left a lot to be desired. My husbands dish came with polenta and it was raw, I took a bite and could taste the hard grits in it. We let the server know and she flatly said “do you want mashed potatoes?” And asked us if we wanted the meal remade or if we were fine with the same meal. She brought back the same meal but the plate had risotto instead and same steak and same asparagus. The asparagus were literally still covered in the runny polenta! It felt like such a slap in the face. We are not unreasonable people and have both worked as servers before and in restaurants. We wanted the night to be special and it just was not. I’d also like to point out the table that was showcasing the featured wine display was being used to set dirty dishes, and we were sat right next to it. So we had a view of a wine display covered in dirty dishes, a server that didn’t know what was going on, and a mediocre dinner at best, all for more than $350. Absolutely not worth it.

If you are reading reviews it’s because you aren’t sold on this place just yet. Let me help you….this place is a joke. Avoid at all costs. They burned my gnocchi to an absolute crisp (they seared it on one side) and still decided to bring it to the table. I didn’t even know how to send it back because there’s no way they even know how gnocchi is supposed to be cooked. The manager was nice but oblivious to what type of food is leaving their kitchen. The server clearly has trouble persuading people to order certain dishes, as she only recommended the highest priced items. I feel sorry for people who book here. They need a whole new kitchen staff and service team. $18 for kids menu items is atrocious and their kids “appetizer” is leftover melons from the breakfast buffet. I can’t reiterate how disappointing this place was after such high hopes. They almost forced us to “add proteins” to our pasta because the portions are on the “smaller side” according to our server. Pasta dishes starting at $30+ should not be small, much less over cooked to the max. Eat at your own risk.
Just go the Next Door Pub for 1/4 the price and 10x the experience.

My husband and I had a wonderful dinner here and I can’t wait to return on the next trip!
I was pleasantly surprised that the gluten free options are even broader than what was noted on the menu. Our waitress, Tatiana, was phenomenal and really elevated the experience.
We had the harvest salad, beef cheek raviolo, Pistachio Pesto with gluten-free penne, and Nutella Mousse. Every dish was perfect and it was a high point of our stay at the resort.

My wife and I had the pleasure of dining at Ristorante Brissago during our honeymoon, and it was easily one of the most memorable meals of our trip. From the moment we stepped inside, we were struck by the elegant yet welcoming atmosphere, and the breathtaking views made for a perfect romantic setting.
Our server, Daniel, was exceptional. He was attentive without being intrusive, knowledgeable about the menu, and made sure every detail of our meal was just right.
The food was absolutely phenomenal. Every dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. From the pasta to the expertly cooked entrees, it was clear that the kitchen takes pride in its craft. We also indulged in the cheesecake and the gluten free dessert (the name of which escapes me), and it was the perfect sweet ending to an already incredible meal.
If you’re looking for a fine dining experience with stunning views, outstanding service, and exceptional food, Ristorante Brissago is the place to go. It was the perfect way to celebrate the end of our honeymoon, and we’ll be reminiscing about this meal for years to come.

I was extremely disappointed in our 1st experience last night. We always stay at this resort and we have never been so disappointed. The soup came out very cold. We could barely find our server so we weren’t going to wait around. It took an hour & 15 minutes to get 2 simple dishes. When I received my dish; I had to recheck if it was under an appetizer because the portion was extremely small. My friend had to share their dinner because it was so small. The most disappointing experience I have ever had at the resort when it came to dinner. If I had a guest waiting over an hr for dinner; I would have been dropping off bread or checking in. A strong suggestion for the future. We sat there with nothing.

Came here for dinner. The view was very nice looking over the greenery that surrounds the building. Our waitress was kind and attentive with great recommendations from the menu. Try the Italian mule along with the pasta dish, Sacchetti Al Tartufo. I suggest to share that one as it does come with a very generous amount of dairy. For our mains we had the Pollo and the Bucatini Carbonara. Both dishes were very good but a bit on the salty side so that’s something to consider if you are not a big fan of saltier dishes.

Tatiana was a great server! The interior design is impeccable, complementing the architecture that provides sweeping views of the golf course. The ravioli special was bursting with flavor.

Super impressed with the food, atmosphere, and service offered by Ristorante Brissago! From the moment we stepped foot into the restaurant , to the time we left we had a wonderful experience . The table was set up so well and our server was absolutely amazing and patiently explained all the items on the menu. Located inside the Grand Geneva resort, this is a popular dining spot. Reservations are highly recommended.
The food and presentation was a 10/10! You cannot leave this place without trying the bruschetta and burrata with heirloom tomatoes. They were both fresh and refreshing. The main course was equally appetizing, scallops and halibut was cooked to perfection. Overall had a great dining experience!

Overpriced and unnecessarily stuffy. Wine was extremely overpriced for what it was. $23 for a glass of Merlot. Interior of restaurant is in need of renovation. I felt like the chairs were going to break at any point, very uncomfortable seating with no booth option. 4 adults and one child = $440 bill, automatically added an $80 tip to our bill. Price just was not worth it. Would not return, instead I would opt for the cafe on the lobby level of the resort.

Best scallops I have ever had. Tanya is a great server. Calamari could have been cooked a little more. Ribeye tender and so much flavor.
