We got wings(dry rub), a sampler with brisket and pulled pork, and fries. Wasn’t a big fan of the wings, but the pork and brisket were both very good, especially with the mango bbq sauce. Fries were also good, had a good waiter. Only knock is it seemed a tad pricey.

Took my friend here for her birthday this week. We had an enjoyable experience. The hostess was very friendly and welcoming, our waitress was very friendly and checked on us often, but not too much. The food was delicious. I’ve been here a couple times and had a nice experience each time. Highly recommended!

Good atmosphere, good food, friendly staff. I really enjoyed the smoked wings, which my be the hottest in the city. Carolina pulled pork sandwich was okay…the pork wasn’t really pulled as much as I like and really didn’t taste smoked. It was good, but not amazing. The smoked cauliflower was tasty, and I really loved the potato salad. Lots of vegetarian choices, which is surprising both for Auburn and for a barbecue place. We will definitely return!

Great barbecue joint for dinner and lunch. The pork ribs and beef brisket are tender and juicy. The ribs fall off the bone and have a good bark. The rubs they use have an intense flavor but are not too spicy. I also had a Philly cheese steak there that was among the best I have ever had. The service is great. They’re friendly and very attentive

Here for a girls night out! The food was amazing, and great prices! We really liked the poppers for a starter! The mac and cheese is soooo good! And this is coming from some picky eaters! Great beer list, and 1911 on tap is my favorite! Our waitress Stephanie (was probably my favorite waitress anywhere!) made incredible suggestions and was a lot of fun! We will be back with husbands because they will love this place! P.S. love the bathrooms!!

I like the feel of this place. It’s clean, wait staff is friendly and knowledgeable and it’s reasonably priced. The music needs to be turned down so that you’re not yelling at the company you came to dinner with and the lighting could come up slightly to help you see the food and read the menu. Most of our dinners were ok. I had the brisket, it was dry and fattier than most briskets I’ve had. It was only two slices, deli thin. Not for someone with a big appetite. I had the Mac and Potato salad, neither would make me want to order them again. The cornbread was a shining light on my meal, delicious, but you’d need 4 pieces of it to make a normal size piece. My wife’s tacos were good, and our company had a simple wedge salad and a pulled pork sandwich. Don’t expect a pint beer or a heavy wine poor either. Beer was served in a 10-12 oz water glass, and wine was at best 4-5 ounces. It won’t be one of my first choices of restaurants in Auburn

The Copper Pig was highly recommended to my group while we were in town. The best I can state is that the visit for all if us was disappointing.
The staff was great- energetic, friendly, knowledgeable and knew their menu items well. The decor and access were warm and inviting. All 4 in our party like barbecue, two of us make our own. I ordered the pounder, a 1/4 lb variety of 4 meats. My food was cold, not even heat lamp warm. I was very hungry so I ate. The house made sausage was high in salt.
I asked if everyone else had cold food. One of my friends had the chili and his was Luke warm. We thought maybe its just an Auburn thing. The biscuits in the chicken and biscuits were crunchy according one other friend which is odd.
The beer selection, service, atmosphere and energy were all a big positive, but we were out to eat. Maybe we just hit a bad night. We have a friend in Auburn so we will be back in town again. Maybe I will go back.

Atmosphere was amazing, loved listening to Frank while eating. Brisket was the most tender I’ve ever head andown the ribs were super tasty. Great prices for great food. Just one suggestion… the cornbread would be superb if served warm. Other than that great place!

We love this place!! We live about 40 minutes away but have been going every couple of months. We’ve brought family and friends here as well. I love the Cobb salad with the homemade bacon and deviled eggs. The cornbread is like a dense delicious cake. The fries are homemade. My favorite entree is the homemade sausage. My husband loves the ribs. My only suggestion would be some really good homemade deserts. Oh and I love the interior decorating and cleanliness. We are going there tonight!!

LOVE the food! The BBQ sauce could use a little more flavor and to be less ketchup tasting, but the dry rubs are great and the smoky flavor is there for sure. Bartender Emily is friendly and fast and has great recommendations for new beverages to try!
