I want to preface this review with the fact that it was my first time coming to this establishment. I drove about 20 minutes out of the way to try this place after seeing a food review. I came around 8:50 p.m. and they close at 11p.m. Unfortunately the food I received was not fresh and most of it went uneaten.
What really bothered me was that I was charged $11.99 for a salmon egg roll that I did not ask for, and it was only explained to me after I was already charged. The egg roll itself was also overcooked. The chicken tenders were hard and the sauce on the chicken over rice had a very mayonnaise taste and the rice was overcooked.
I spent about $46 total and was really disappointed, especially after making the drive.

10 out of 10 if you’re looking for some bomb wings come here I can’t recommend this place enough it’s a little hidden gem that at first glance looks like just a small restaurant in the corner but once you step inside, it’s so much more I ordered their chicken over rice ! dare I say this is better than the one in Uptown the chicken was nice and flavorful with great portions ! I also got the wings and oh man I’m not a big wing person, but these were really good! They have a nice crunch to it and they’re a nice size!
I tried the strawberry flavor and the teriyaki. The strawberry one is their most popular one, and I can see why!
What sealed the deal was there a customer service That is very important to me. Mohammed was such a nice and welcoming person you can see he really loves what he does and I also have to add this place was booming people coming in and out ! Keep doing what your doing guys !

The first time my office ordered here it was great.. Today, it was awful. The chicken tenders were not the same, it was like McDonalds consistency.. And the fries were soggyyyyy and old tasting. We wont be ordering here again.. For the price, We expect real chicken and fresh fries.. Come on..

I’ve tried a variety of items from here and I’m usually happy but today is a different story. Why offer chicken tenders if they look like the kind you buy out the frozen section of the grocery store!? Also, wish they had an option to add on additional sauces on the UberEats app.

Since I moved to Charlotte, 2021, I had been in search of a good solid hot wing. I know you may think, all hot wings are made equally. If that is your thought, I also believe that I can rightfully assume that you indeed have no issue with frozen pre-seasoned hot wings. Though, there are definitely ways to doctor those up and make them taste *French kisses* marvelous. Those that know the experience of tasting the best hot wing they’ve ever had can feel me. And no, BWW is NOT it. Honestly, I love Pizza Hut’s bone in wings fried an extra 4 mins and drenched in their medium hot sauce, for anyone who don’t have too many wing options.
Either way, where was I headed? That’s right, I was in search for a good solid hot wing in Charlotte, NC. Yea, sure I can make them myself, but I don’t always feel like cooking. Actually, being transparent, once I’ve decided to become a private chef, I cook less and less. Don’t shun me, a sista need to rest too! Either way, let me get to the meat of things. So the first really good hot wing I had in Charlotte was from Jack Beagle’s. They have a blackberry hot wing that is extremely good. Though this is not the wing in which I praise. It definitely was a push in the right direction.

I am crying as I type, cause I’m just so happy *claps in Mrs. Klump style*. The reviews raved about their wings, so I gave it a try simply because they offered an array of flavors, including blackberry hot. So I ordered ten wings, five blackberry hot and five strawberry hot, and an Italian sub.
After ordering, I received a phone call from the restaurant, they informed me that they no longer offer blackberry wings. Though sorrow attempted to creep into my heart, I deflected and was grateful that the strawberry hot was still available, and must I say, the customer service was great. So, about 30 minutes passed and my wings were delivered and y’all, I was DELIVERT! They smelled so good, AND THERE WAS NO MESS!!! You know how sometimes there’s more sauce in the bag than on the wings? Yea, none of that.
When I opened the plate, I got emotional. The wings were beautifully coated in a glossy red sauce, and they were still piping hot. I bit into one, and it had a bite. The texture felt like I asked them to fry them hard, but not too hard. The sauce wasn’t sticky, nor too messy. It was literally the perfect wing. Now I intend to try every single flavor they offer, without hesitation, you know why, cause I’m tired of winging it, hoping I find wings. I have found my favorite wing spot.

Wow am I disappointed in what just took place. I ordered 20 wings and simply wanted some extra sauce to go with them. Mind you I certainly don’t mind paying for it but this is how I was handled. Anyone who has been in this store knows that there’s a sign on the cooler stating 50¢ for additional sauce, again no issue. When I asked for additional sauce I was told I had to pay $1.50 for 1 cup. I thought well maybe I didn’t speak clear enough and the guy behind the counter thought I asked for 3. I said I just wanted 1 and he still proceeded to tell me that it’s $1.50 for 1 cup of sauce. This ruined the whole experience and I will be spreading the word about this place!
