I went in for a sandwich, and the man running the counter acknowledged me but didn’t say anything. I was waiting for nearly 10 minutes before he asked what I needed. The entire time he had an AirPod in and was on the phone. The food was mediocre, but the customer service was terrible.

The last few times I have ordered sandwiches the white bread is very crumbley and falling apart like its old bread and not fresh. My sister said the same thing about it.

Where do I start…. Oh, I know…. Rude. Absolutely RUDE!!! customer services is 0 out of 10 at best! Went in to get a wrap, then was told, we don’t have anymore wraps. So I had to figure out what I wanted as what I wanted is not available (not surprised). Then was told to hurry up and decide. He has cleaning to do. … I had to take a breather and pray !!! I just walked out! And stated I will never be back! NEVER! I live in Sheridan and love the Subway brand, but I can’t support any business who gives me rude service. THE DQ in Sheridan is just as bad with customer service! Simply RUDE!

Staff is always very nice, it’s very clean in the dining room. Food is exceptionally good for subway, you can tell they keep things clean and fresh in the kitchen by the food quality.

Most horrible and rude subway I’ve dealt with. Ordered off mobile app and my husband picked up. When he got back to work both sandwiches were on the wrong bread and missing bacon. So I called and the gentleman tells me sorry no speak English and hangs up on me. Called back and he says I’m busy can not help you and hangs up. This is very rude and unprofessional. Will never be back to the subway every again. Was not even offered a refund or to remake sandwich. Nothing.

I’ve been to many Subway restaurants over the years but this one puts very minimal toppings on the sandwich. I went two different times to this location and even though its the most convenient location, I never order from this one anymore. It’s basically a bread sandwich here and they refuse coupons.

I went to a Subway a few says ago and was pretty disappointed, but Subway is convenient. I decided I would try a different one. This subway was way better than my last experience. I wanted the cold chicken, and instead of telling me no, she said that it is recommended it get heated. I don’t like it heated, and she was perfectly fine with it. She didn’t try to argue like the last subway. Of course, the food was also delicious.
