Absolutely Delicious! Probably one of the Taco chop in the area. We have 5 different items for dinner tonight, Shrimp chimichanga, Fire Shrimp Burrito, Shrimp Burrito, Al patron Burrito, Chicken Fajita Burrito & Shrimp Quesadillas. Very flavorful Taco Salad & Street Tacos, lots of al Pastor meat! Great Mexican Rice! The spinach cheese dip was delicious. The seasoned chips are thin. Loved the homemade salsa, but we’ll stick with the regular. The hot sauce is HOT! We’ll be back!

Overall, pretty good experience. I ordered the lunch special, chicken quesadilla with rice and beans. After tax and tip it was 10 bucks even.
Overall the food was pretty good! Quesadilla was nice and crisp and the chicken was flavorful. Rice was solid, but beans were a little under seasoned.
The only problem I had was with the wait: it took about 20 minutes for me to get my food (I was by myself ) and there were 3 others waiting in the restaurant. Just seemed a bit slow for a lunch rush service at a Mexican joint.
Also if I’m nitpicking, the place seemed kinda bare? Like if that is what your going for, great, but the place felt large and a bit empty, maybe get some more tables or more decor or something.
Solid place though, we will be back!

Great authentic selections. Nice choices of Mexican beers . Barbacoa tacos, puffy tacos were great. Salsas and pico with fresh jalapenos a must try. Met the owner/chef today. Very nice people.

I ordered the carne asada fries (no cilantro, because I’m one of those “it tastes like soap” people), and I have no regrets. At 2.6lbs, you’re definitely getting your money’s worth – plus, it tastes divine! Will absolutely be returning, to try other items on their menu!

Estrella Azul food truck rocks! 50 people at a private event. Everyone was raving about the food. The food was delicious, served fast with generous portions. Absolutely recommend you not miss them. Thank you guys for a great night!

This is about the closest place I have found that is like a food truck, but you can just go there. (They do have food trucks too)
The prices are appropriate and the ala carte options have all been good. Prices for the tacos vary slightly by meat or add-ins. The staff are friendly and the place is clean. Outside and inside dining are available. But we always get it to-go. Best item on the menu are the tostadas. They are filling and so full of flavor. Had to stop eating one to take a picture.
Two Warnings:
Check ahead on FB as there are days when they are doing two food trucks and will be closed.
And, If you don’t like a lot of heat, stay away from their red sauce, stick with the green.
