I went in to the store today to order and drink and had a reward that I wanted to redeem. When I went to scan the reward the balance did not change. I made the employee aware of the reward that I wanted to use but he proceeded to scream at me that it was my fault that the reward did not work and that I needed to pay. The employee continued to scream at me for 5 minutes while I tried to calmly explain the reward. They took the balance that was on my app and I left with no drink. I will never go back to this Dunkin again.

It was horrible. They gave me the wrong kind of munchkins I wanted 25. They gave me only 15 munchkins I paid all the money for the other 10 that I had. The servers altitude was horrible. They were yelling and screaming at the customers horrible experience if you come across this Dunkin, do not enter. Do not go inside and definitely do not get anything the worst of all is the cashier. What are we ordered cause I had the wrong drink. He yelled at me. He left the next customer come and cancel my order. It is crazy about how much one star reviews this place has disgusting one star. Every single time I have went into the Dunkin’ Donuts the workers have been slow, rude, and crafts with everybody in the café. Today they decided to turn me away because the person behind the counter did not want to make five drinks, five minutes before closing. Absolutely atrocious behavior and the people currently working at this. Dunkin’ should be removed from their positions for a full rest staff. I have not received adequate service from a single person that works here.

This Dunkin is a small, aisle shop. It’s very small inside with no seating (indoor or outdoor) so it’s great for a quick coffee in the morning but not for a long stay—Wyckoff or neighboring towns have a sit-in Dunkin for that though

Absolutely disgusting. The woman’s attitude currently working right now, is horrible. I asked for a sausage and egg croissant with no cheese due to an allergy. She proceeded to scrape off the cheese when she found out, and then told me “ next time put the cheese on the side” when I literally removed it completely. Then I got two cheddar twist bagels that were rock solid. When I asked to have fresh ones I was told there were no more at 10am??? Then she proceeded to put those same ones that were rock solid and bitten, into the oven to be toasted. I can only imagine how many other people’s already bitten food has gone into that oven. Don’t come here unless you are okay with sharing saliva with strangers. Not coming back and fire that woman. Thanks

I went in and placed my order, it was two drinks an orange juice and two bagels with bacon snack. 6 people came in after me and my order still wasn’t ready. I left the orange juice on the counter and when I went back to get it the man was yelling “sir sir” as if I robbed the entire store. I informed him that I already paid for everything and he was saying that I didn’t. Then after showing proof that I did pay for everything they gave me my drinks and then someone else was asking me for my receipt to make my drinks but I already had them. No one knows what’s going on in the store and it’s insane. But 6 locals come in and they were in and out the door also having big orders. When I asked for how much longer the order will take the lady told me that I just needed to wait. The workers are extremely rude and I would never in my life come here again. And to add on the that I asked for the bacon snack and they gave me the complete opposite. Poor consumer service, disrespectful workers and they’re just lost. They have no idea what it is they’re doing. Honestly the grace of god this place is still running.

If I could leave a negative star rating I absolutely would. The fact that there are tons of 1 star ratings at this location and not one person in the company has tried to fix this is insane to me at such a large corporation . I go to this location occasionally because it is in route to work. Every time I go I regret going. I order on the mobile app due to the fact the fact that I’d rather not deal with the rude employees that are never working and always just slowly standing talking to each other. Noticing that it is never a faster experience by order online. I place my mobile order I walk in 10 minutes after ordering usually for 1 to 2 items and there never ready the staff is standing there blank not asking me why I’m standing there when I have to say I’m waiting to pick up an order when then they ask my name and proceed to START making it. You aren’t supposed to make the online order when I get there it’s supposed to be ready before I get there that’s the point! Rude customer service, I can’t stand going to this location only if I have to. No greeting it’s silence unless their yelling at customers. Awful and that no hirer ups are doing anything to fix these issues says it all about the corporation .

Ordered a small hot coffee. When the worker gave it to me the lid was not on properly and the coffee almost spilled on my hands. I brought it to his attention and he ignored me. And then I asked for another cup and he told me no. The other guy making the sandwich gave it to me. Poor customer service maybe they are mad bc the other stores next door are getting business. I’m taking my business there next time!

worst Dunkin’ Donuts experience I’ve ever had. If I could give them 0 stars I would have. To begin I’m a Dunkin’ Donuts member, and because it was Wednesday you get a free doughnut with a drink. I asked the man about this, and he straight up denied me. I told him don’t I get a free doughnut he said, no you don’t. I ended up telling him yes you do and then he finally agreed saying oh yes, but you have to do it through the app. When I ordered my drinks, he brings me a hot pumpkin spice coffee. I believed I asked for ice but they deni. When I asked if they could remake for me, they say yeah we can but we have to charge you a fee because of price difference. Makes sense but when I got my ice drink, it doesn’t look like anything I ordered. I was too annoyed to ask and top of that they don’t even have straws you have to ask for one
